Very relaxing private sauna session. I will go back and to try the infrared bed treatment. Clean and lovely atmosphere. Bring your water!!
Wonderful experience! This was my first infrared sauna experience, and both of the girls at the front desk did a wonderful job of explaining all of the benefits, giving a mini tour of the studio, and making me feel welcomed. The benefits of the sauna itself + the amazing staff at the front desk are definitely a reason to give Beem a visit!!
Visiting Beem Light Sauna was a 10/10 experience! From the moment I walked in, Samantha gave the warmest greeting and made me feel right at home. The space is so inviting, and the entire process was seamless. After my sauna and red light therapy session, I felt incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. I cannot wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative experience!
Came here for blue light therapy to help with my jaundice. I saw results after just one session, so I bought a package. Clean facility & lovely, informative girls at the front desk today. I definitely recommend others to try them out!
Very good experience for both sauna and red light therapy. I certainly felt a difference afterwards. I recommend this for people with aches and pains in joints that need some relief. It didn't take all my back pain away but I certainly enjoyed the relaxation and feeling refreshed aftwards. I will be doing it again!
Very refined and relaxing atmosphere with the most friendly and accommodating staff. I opted for the 45 minute sauna therapy session and got the best sweat of my life! Great experience and definitely see myself booking more sessions in the future!
I’ve been coming to beem 2x a month for the past 6 months to use the saunas. It’s something I look forward to. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calming. I come in, grab a drink (LMNT sparkling water or BLK) from their cooler and head to my room for 40 minutes of peace, quiet and sweat! Give it a try, def worth it!
