I scheduled this appointment last minute but still expected professional service since they had availability. I arrived at 4:06 for my 4:15 appointment for a 90 minute massage. No one was at the reception desk. I sat and caught up on work emails and social media while I waited to be greeted. Magally finally came to the front and seemed confused that I was there. She even plugged in the lamp since I was sitting in a dark reception room. After looking at her phone she invited me back to the massage room. The massage was nice and hot stones were used even though I didn’t request them. When I got to my car I saw it was 5:38. I paid for a 90 minute massage that didn’t start until 4:20. I will not be going back to this place. It was unprofessional and I paid for services I didn’t receive.

I had an amazing experience! She is very professional, attentive, and really knows how to work out tension and stress. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great massage!

She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session specifically to what my body needed. The pressure was perfect, her technique was incredibly skilled, and I left feeling noticeably lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed. Not only was she talented, but she is also kind, attentive, and truly invested in her clients’ well-being. Truly could not recommend Magally enough! She is so kind and takes the time to listen to what your needs are and makes sure to leave you feeling so much better than when you came in. I genuinely feel like a new person every time I get a massage from here.

The ambiance is top notch - music, lighting, decorations. The table was heated and had one of the nice face supports (not just a hole in the table). Magally (Maggie) was awesome. We first went over my goals for being there so she was able to zero in on what I needed. I incorrectly told her I wanted a Swedish massage, but she checked in early to see if the pressure was right and I apparently wanted a deep massage. She quickly changed the depth and we were rolling. Oh, the magic!! At one point she was sweeping across my calf with her forearm, and I felt there was a knot. I asked her if she could find it and address it. Wow, did she ever!?!?! She was able to put strong pressure (seemed like fingers and hands mostly, though there may have been an elbow too!) both on the knot and right around it. After about 4-5 minutes, she went back over the area and it had completely resolved. If you like deep massage, you know what I mean when I say "that was some truly incredibly awesome pain and then bliss." If you don't like deep massage, she wouldn't have been that deep in your calf anyway 😉 Oh, yeah... The hot stones were a really neat / new experience. I appreciate the hot towel cleanup of the massage oil too. Everything was just right - highly recommend!
