WOW! My bestie surprised me for my 40th birthday and took me for my first cryo experience here and it was AMAZING! The sauna afterward…Heaven. The Normatec on the legs…incredible. The whole experience was sensational! I cannot recommend this highly enough. Thank you to Hilary for being our wonderful guide for the afternoon. You are such a gift 💕

There isn’t enough space here to record all the positive things I have to say about the benefits of using the HOCATT! I am a cancer patient (soon to be a cancer survivor) that found so much relief from every session. It helped reduce inflammation and pain. It gave me energy almost immediately. I found that it helped detox my body in measurable ways. And big picture, I believe it helped strengthen my immune system so my own cells could fight off cancer. Other pleasant benefits were that my skin held in moisture and appeared great. On days that I was too fatigued for a hard work out, my body burned up to 700 cal each session. You can do your own research to understand all the benefits. I am one satisfied, customer! I feel extremely grateful that I had this option so close to me. I also feel indebted to the staff there as they were so kind and gracious and extremely helpful. I started out intrigued by the science of the HOCATT…now I am convinced of its benefits!

Had a great experience here! I received an infrared sauna session, a hydro facial and the NormaTec. Each service was new for me and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. I believe it was Amanda who helped me while I was there and she was super friendly and explained all of the processes in detail to me. Will definitely be back when I can 🙂

I wanted to share how much I have improved my health , skin and reduced my arthritic pain since using the treatment services of Cryo, Hoccatt , Compression and Red light therapy, My psoriasis has completely healed, I feel so much better, and my skin and knee pain have improved so much to the point I really don't feel pain. I get the best results from the "Hoccatt " which is steam, ozone, and electric magnetic pulse therapy. The staff and owners are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have had such a welcoming experience here by all the staff members. The girls are super sweet and make me feel comfortable during all my services. My first month I lost about 14 pounds with a package membership. Which I highly recommend. Amanda guided me in the right direction for a healthy lifestyle balance. The cryo therapy has been life changing where it has decreased body inflammation and joint pain dramatically. I no longer reach for pain medication in regards to RA and migraines. They have an abundance of services to help you with self care at a reasonable price. I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. I wish I would have known about these benefits sooner. Scheduling appointments are super fast and easy online or in person.

What a great experience! I’ve been going in weekly for the full body cryo and infrared sauna and I feel Amazing! By far my favorite benefit I’ve noticed is how well I sleep now, my joint pain is gone and my body is so relaxed. I went from sleeping 4-5 hours a night to a solid 7-8. The staff is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always clean and comfortable inside. It’s made Wednesday’s my new favorite days!
