Ascend Spa & Wellness at Hotel Polaris

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage. It included prosecco and truffles as well as an add-on service. I chose the scalp treatment and my husband chose the paraffin hand treatment. The spa itself is beautiful and luxurious with a waiting room that overlooks the mountains. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We fully enjoyed our massages and relaxing in our robes sipping prosecco afterwards. We used the showers which are well supplied with toiletries. They even have hair dryers and curling irons to borrow. The truffles were delicious and the perfect ending to an amazing, relaxing experience.

Best morning of my life! The entire staff is so welcoming and creates such a lovely ambience. The facilities are so beautiful and spotless. I received the Express Facial from Mia Y, and she was FANTASTIC! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and informative. I could have spent all day here!

The spa is so well kept. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! I took my mom here for a relaxing mother-daughter day and was impressed!! -The front desk staff, Sufi and Page, were amazing! They answered all of my questions and helped guide me through scheduling and spa treatment options. -Our masseuses, Kristen and Steph, made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. They ensured each of us got a tailored experience and did check ins on pressure amount and comfortability. I highly recommend this spa for massages!!

Incredible experience, top notch service. Stufi and Paige were awesome with the best customer service. Steph was amazing! The zero-gravity chairs are to die for in the relaxation lounge. And the massage tables are the best I have ever experienced! Thank you Brittney !!

From the view from the relaxation room to the restorative environment of the treatment room, my treatment today surpasses expectations. The view and amenities of the relaxation room really set the tone for my visit. Make sure to get there a bit early to enjoy it! Paige did my facisl and I will be back for more appointments with her! I’ll be enjoying the benefits of this visit for days to come 🙂

From the moment I called as a first-time guest, the team at Ascend Spa made everything so seamless. Paige was incredibly helpful and kind on the phone, taking the time to explain all the services, pricing, and even helped schedule both me and my friend for a facial and custom massage. She made sure we had everything we needed, from directions to appointment details. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Suvee, who was not only sweet and professional but super stylish too! She got us checked in and gave us a tour so we felt totally at ease. I had a custom massage by Nico, who used perfect medium pressure, I left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. My facial with Katie was equally amazing. She explained each product she used, and I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! We sipped complimentary tea and electrolytes while taking in the gorgeous views of Cheyenne Mountain. Every detail, from the ambiance to the customer care, made us feel truly pampered. The checkout process was just as smooth, and we were even given 10% off for food and drinks in the building with our spa receipt. To top it all off, they sent us off with electrolyte water to keep us hydrated. I’m already planning my next visit, this place is a hidden gem for self-care and relaxation.

I had the best birthday at Ascend Spa! I was treated like such a queen and I couldn’t have asked for a better day! I started out by doing yoga with Heather. She was fabulous! It was truly a judgment free zone and she was so skilled at notating adjustments I needed to make without me realizing that’s what she was doing. She was so kind and encouraging and truly started my morning off great! Next, I had a salt stone massage from Steph. I wish it never ended! She did such a good job at being both gentle and firm. I think she lulled me to sleep at some point! She was excellent at checking in on pressure and we had a great conversation at the beginning to discuss what I was looking for from my massage. It was my first stone massage of any type! She laid a heating pad on my back while she worked on other areas, which was awesome! The stones also felt great when she used them! Stone massages are cool! My last service was an aquaboost facial with Catie. I can’t wait to have another facial from her! She was so incredibly knowledgeable about the products and their necessities. We also had a great discussion before starting about what I was looking for, as well as what the treatment does. The aquaboost is SO COOL! As Catie put it, "it’s like little fish kisses" as it’s sucking all the gunk out of your pores and also replacing it with serum. I asked her if it looked like a carpet shampooer does when you vacuum up the mess, and she said yes. I wish I could have see it lol we had a great time! I ended my stay with a sweet fruit and yogurt dish, with some chocolates on the side. I was so well taken care of that I wish I could go every week! Everyone there is so fabulous and truly wants to make sure your experience is everything you hope for. Paige and Britney do such a great job leading this team! I hope everyone gets a chance to visit and experience the magic of Ascend Spa!
