LaVida Massage

Lovely place. Steven at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The aroma of LaVida is delicious. I took my sister and I for a relaxation couple massage. My sister had Corey and I had Martha do my massage. The ambience of the room was superb with lovely soft relaxing music. Very peaceful experience. My sister enjoyed her massage from Corey and felt very relaxed after. Martha did an awesome job. I felt amazing after and so relaxed. The aromatherapy and hot stone add on is a must. I’m visiting from NY and will definitely visit here again the next time I’m out here. Will recommend this place to others.

Love this place everytime I go! They are caring, consistent, flexible, and the atmosphere is soothing and relaxing. Everyone from the front desk to the massage therapists make you feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. Best of all they are quite affordable, especially if you are an athlete or have physical limitations or health issues - their monthly membership is month to month so you aren't signing your life away. Great for people who need regular massage!

I was given a gift to come here about 2 weeks ago, and I had an incredible massage. I saw Fred, and he was very experienced and intelligent. It was by far the best massage I ever received, and he even gave me a preliminary diagnosis for my never-ending lower back pain. I never had any therapist or doctor, for that matter, know what's causing my issues, and what he said made sense, and I was thankful for his input. I have something to go off of now! Fred massaged just right too, deep enough that it felt amazing but somehow didn't cause any pain, just comfort and relaxation. I would definitely sign up for their membership if it were in my budget! Thanks for the great experience.

I have gotten frequent massages for over five years now, and I am so impressed by la Vida that I have convinced friends to join their membership! Patricia and Jorge are my two favorite masseuse’s here! They both really have that magic touch. Whether you ask for light medium or hard, they do it perfectly. I prefer more medium to hard to get the knots out. I had a friend who was scared because her only massage experience was horrible and she wanted a light massage, now she pre-books Jorge! Patricia is harder to book as she gets booked out almost a month but I promise you’ll be so happy with either!

My first visit was this past Monday (3/20) and I will absolutely be returning! I already made another appointment with the therapist I saw. The atmosphere in the office was very calming, they had an aromatherapy diffuser running in the front office and soft music, the receptionist made me feel very welcomed. My therapist, Airikka, was very thorough and customized my massage perfectly for me. I live with fibromyalgia and am a practicing hairstylist, so my muscles are always extremely tense even with regular yoga. I will definitely be signing up for their membership program, but also didn't feel forced to have to to enjoy the benefits of this office. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!

So I'm gonna go ahead and change my review simply because Monique (who is very personable and open minded, thank you, refreshing these days) is willing to make right what was wrong. I'll post again after I get the facial and let you all know what I think. As of now I will say the massage therapists are great at what they do, very comfortable atmosphere, clean, professional. I fell asleep both times and got the knots out of my neck that have literally been there for years now. They are kind and very thorough in finding out what's bothering you the most so they can focus on your needs. The receptionists are a work in progress which is understandable since that pretty much seems to be the norm for all businesses these days. Anyways, like I said, I'll update after I get this facial and let you all know how it goes.
