Woodhouse Spa - Briargate

I got a couples massage and it was super relaxing and romantic for me and my partner. The staff is kind, well informed, and professional -we were traveling and had to reschedule and they were accommodating. I would 1000% return for the quality massage, relaxing atmosphere, and plushy robes.

Just visited Woodhouse Spa and had the most amazing experience! My massage therapist Lorraine was incredible — super sweet, attentive, and truly understanding of what my body needed. She gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The entire spa was spotless and had such a calm, luxury feel from the moment I walked in. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10 experience — I’ll be back soon!

I have been to 5 different spas and had massages. This was the best one by far! I booked a couple’s Swedish massage and reflexology for myself and my husband. I had Farrah who was amazing! I felt so relaxed! The spa is absolutely beautiful and serene and peaceful! A definite 5 star spa! And Sarah showed us around and fixed our drinks and helped us get everything we needed and even took photos for us! A spectacular place!

Service: 4/5 Quality: 5/5 Ambience/Vibe: 5/5 I decided to try Woodhouse Spa for a birthday facial, and it felt like a very personalized, elite, and upscale experience from start to finish. At check-in, I was offered a selection of complimentary drinks -- I chose a mimosa, and was escorted to the changing room which contained personalized lockers with combination locks (where I secured my belongings) as well as a robe and flip-flops. Once I changed into my robe, I was directed to a gorgeous waiting room with a beautiful fireplace and my name on the table next to my mimosa. Had I known about this being the waiting space, I would've arrived way earlier to enjoy the beauty and ambience of the space, with my drink. My esthetician, Megan, was cool. Even though I was only there for a facial, she also did a scalp, shoulder, upper back, and arm massage. The massage felt amazing -- firm, precise, and so relaxing. While this visit was a bit more than other places I've been to, the experience is worth it and I think it makes for a wonderful gift - so treat yo'self 🙂

I recently had the most amazing experience at Woodhouse Spa, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the ladies at the front desk, who provided excellent customer service. They made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in on me throughout my visit to ensure everything was perfect. I booked a deep tissue massage with Farrah, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. She took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on all my problem areas with incredible skill. With 20 years of experience, she knew exactly what she was doing—she worked out all my knots, and I’ve been feeling amazing ever since! I also got to try the red light therapy sauna, which was such a cool experience and added to my overall relaxation. After my services, I was able to unwind in their beautiful waiting area, complete with plush couches and a cozy fireplace that created the perfect ambiance. Plus, the complimentary robe and mimosa were such a nice touch! Everything about my visit was top-notch, and I truly felt pampered from start to finish. If you’re looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience, Woodhouse Spa is the place to go!

Megan is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. She has such a calming presence and really knows what she’s doing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had — I left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend and I’m definitely booking again soon!
