Paloma is my new healing sanctuary in Columbus. I attended a sound healing session facilitated by a beautiful soul named Maria. It truly was just that, a gift! I left feeling rejuvenated and recalibrated! To top off My energetic alignment. I finished with a 30 minute massage from Marina, who was absolutely divine! The last few weeks I have had some services done, including Aura Readings, Infa-Red Sauna and a deep tissue massage. The atmosphere here is amazing, set up to help create comfort and promote self healing and maintenance. The staff is highly professional, very helpful and supportive on finding ways to help be a better you. My deep tissue massage with Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She communicated effectively, made me feel comfortable and was highly professional in how she went about her craft. Unlike any other place, the ambiance, mood setting and room setup promoted a highly comfortable session. Looking forward to my next sessions!

This massage was booked by my partner as a birthday surprise and was advertised and purchased as a couples massage. The intention was for us to share the experience together, which made what happened especially disappointing. When we arrived, my partner briefly stepped away to use the restroom. During that time, I was escorted to a private treatment room on my own. I did not know we would be separated. By the time I discovered we were being placed in different rooms, my partner had already been escorted elsewhere at a separate time, and I was never given the opportunity to see or speak with him before the service began. It was only after we were already separated that we were informed the spa does not have couples massage rooms. This was never disclosed at the time of booking. Had this information been shared upfront, we would not have selected this service. When I expressed concern and asked to speak with my partner once I realized what was happening, staff discouraged communication and insisted the other therapist would explain the situation to him instead. We felt pressured to proceed without the opportunity to talk or jointly consent to the change. The massage experiences themselves were inconsistent. My therapist wore a mask, used oil, and provided a standard massage. My partner’s experience was entirely different and uncomfortable, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a shared couples experience. What further speaks volumes is that we attempted to address this experience privately by reaching out via email after our visit and received no response at all. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only reinforced the impression that customer experience and accountability are not priorities here. Advertising a couples massage without offering couples rooms is misleading, especially for special occasions like birthdays. This was a one time experience that cannot be replaced, and the service delivered did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend booking a couples massage here unless transparency and customer care significantly improve.

I had an amazing experience with Monica — she was absolutely wonderful. For the first time in a long while, I was actually able to fully relax. She gave me the space to truly unwind, the session was filled silence and zen, which made such a difference and allowed me to completely relax. She seemed to know exactly which areas needed attention and truly nailed every pressure point. She found all of my knots and worked through them in a way that brought real relief, not discomfort. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing. She kept the room and blankets perfectly warm, which was perfect for this weather. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and so much better physically. Highly recommend!

I had my first full body massage the other day here. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the 2 ladies at the front desk to Marina who did my massage. Marina was wonderful and very informative. I’ve been having back pain from a fall and she found the direct spot that was causing it and really worked on it. She was very personable and knowledgeable. I will be back to see her soon. Paloma is also very calming and beautiful on the inside. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a massage etc.

I had a wonderful time at Paloma. I had my first ever massage there and added the infrared sauna experience as well. Tyler was my massage therapist and he did a great job. He gave me firm pressure and really paid attention to my tighter areas. The sauna experience was great too. Private area what was great to recover and relax after the massage. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I will be back!

I really enjoyed my spa day at Paloma. The front desk staff were very welcoming. It’s beautiful and very relaxing & peaceful. Tyler did my massage it was wonderful and soothing. I forgot the lovely lady name who did my facial but she was sweet and attentive. I’ll definitely go back once a month going forward. Hidden gem for sure!
