First, it’s a super cute and clean place. Second, I started going here for issues with my skin and Parveen has helped me tremendously. She’s super knowledgeable about skincare and has been able to help me control my blemishes. I’ve never been so clear. I enjoy every month. Everybody is really friendly, as well. Love this location.

A friend invited me for a massage today at Hand & Stone. We were warmly welcomed. The space was cozy and clean. Jaime, my massage therapist, did a great job. I requested a firm massage, and this was spot on. I loved it. I really enjoyed my experience!

I booked a birthday massage for my sister several weeks in advance and confirmed every single reminder text that Hand & Stone sent me. I even replied to their missed call yesterday confirming the appointment again. Despite this, I received a message this morning saying the appointments had to be rescheduled because I "never replied." I have screenshots showing that I did. When I called, I spoke with Nevaeh (assistant manager), who never apologized and insisted they "called multiple times," which was not true. She didn’t try to accommodate us, offer a later time, or make it right, just said it needed to be rescheduled. This was extremely disappointing, especially for something planned in advance for a special birthday. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and at least an attempt to fix the situation. I’m sharing this so others are aware.

I have chronic back pain in my L3,4 L4,5 SI joint. Desperately trying to find relief has become difficult. I really tried to give Hand and Stone plenty of chances.Every time I saw a massage therapist I Told them L3,4. L4,5 SI JOINT. I get that every body is different, but our anatomy dictates it is approximately in the same area. Every time after the massage I told them, you did not get the problem area. My last massage was the worst ever. I feel like he used the tip of his thumb gouging into my back and neck. I had bruising the Next day. I've tried to cancel my membership each month for the last 3 months. But they continue to charge me. I strongly discourage anyone from using the Aaliance or North richland hills location

I recently moved, and after going to the location near Lewisville for the longest, I decided to finally try the one closest to my new home. I was not disappointed. I called and they were able to fit me in on a same day appointment. I didn't expect that since Dallas is so busy so I was excited. Cherry! She was amazing! My face needed some real help! It had been 3 months since my last facial and she was thorough and suggested some really good products to get me back on track. This will be my new location. I have the membership and I love all the benefits.

I’ve never written a review for a business before but the level of professionalism both Ryan (Front Desk) and Jiren (masseuse) displayed were above and beyond. I felt relaxed before I even got a massage and then during mine I was listened to and given hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!
