Mokara Salon & Spa

Located on the 4th floor at the Omni Dallas, this spa has a great view into downtown. It is beautiful, clean, elegant, and very relaxing. We did the 50-60 min massage and along with that got access to the sauna and to the rooftop pool. Would love to go back.

BEWARE OF ADD ONS. The pricing on the website is MUCH LOWER than what your bill will end up being. I called to book a gel manicure and pedicure over the phone and expected to pay $150 total based on website pricing. I came in with no polish on my hands and gel on my toes. I got a typical service - nothing out of the ordinary except I received a callous removal which was an add on. When I went to pay, my bill was $309! There were several add ons that were not communicated at the time of service ($20 gel removal, $40 up charge for gel, and an additional $20 because it was Saturday). On the website a gel manicure and pedicure is $150. I spoke with the women at the front desk about this and she let me know I had booked to wrong service when it was booked even though her team booked the appointment. Poor experience and felt taken advantage of. Would never spend $300 on nails unless I was getting additional length or a design. But this was just a simple, one color gel mani pedi. Will not be back.

I went to the Mokara with my gf today for pedicures. Arriving was easy and the valet was very helpful and even asked us if we had been here before and if we knew where it was. The valet then informed us and up we went!! The staff greeted us very nicely and we were immediately introduced to our nail artists/technicians who were both very cordial and professional. We sat back and were treated to great pedicures as we gazed at an amazing view of midday Downtown Dallas! After we paid they had our valet comped and we were off in 5 minutes. Great job Mokara!!

I had a really good experience here. My husband booked the top liner facial for me and a couples massage. The decor is beautiful and makes the space feel really high end and luxurious. The receptionists were both nice and welcoming. Heather, the esthetician that did my facial was so nice and explained everything I needed to know/do as a first timer. She was really patient and kind. She even got me a bigger robe 2 different times to make sure I was comfortable. My masseuse (I believe her name was Kimberly) was also very nice. My visit was on a Friday afternoon (I was there 11am-3pm) and while there were other guests I didn’t feel like the place was overcrowded. I was only in the locker room one other time with another woman. While in the waiting area there were one to two other guests at a time but the room is pretty large so I always had my own space. This made for a very relaxing and quiet day! I have no complaints and will definitely return! Date of visit: 06/25/2021

Amazing experience at the spa today. My daughter and I had the massage, exfoliating scrub treatment and facial package and they were all amazing! Brandi gave me one of the best massages! Fantastic start to our day!

Ivy was my massage therapist and she was phenomenal! She was a like a magician with my muscles and was able to release some knots that I’ve had for a while. She was very knowledgeable about the body and how to release the muscles with various techniques. I was very impressed. She was kind and professional and I highly recommend requesting her for your next massage!!

I had Heather for a facial and body scrub and WOW. From the second she picked me up I felt so pampered and cared for. She was so lovely and made me comfortable and talked me through everything, she is so knowledgeable and her hands are magic! We had great conversations; she cheered me up and I left feeling like a new woman! Will definitely be back to see Heather!
