Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I got the introductory massage and facial, which both had a great low price. Both services were good, and there was no pressure to upgrade or sign up for a membership (which I was afraid of!). Although this location is in a busy strip mall, the environment is peaceful and quiet once you enter the service area in the back.

Jasmine is one of the BEST massage therapist i have had, i have had several injuries she has worked on. She always educate me on my body kinetics and give me stretches to continue to better heal and promote my recovery. She literally has given me life changing pain management and therapeutic services and this is after years of going to duke….

I booked the diamond glow Facial I was happy with the services provided. I will say, the most important thing for me as a customer is how I am greeted because that sets the tone of my entire experience, Duaa at the front was very sweet &welcoming, I don’t always leave reviews, but she deserves praise, she told me about the membership and I ended up signing my mom up.

I was booked for an introductory facial. I came 10 minutes early for my appointment but my services didn’t begin until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Before anything was even done, my esthetician was trying to upsell the facial twice after telling her I wanted what I originally booked. During the facial, she did extractions and then asked "do you have sensitive skin? Why is your face red?" After the facial, she brought me to the front desk and had placed a product down telling the checkout lady that I should buy it. While my skin is feeling glowy now, it was not a very relaxing experience and it seemed like they were more interested in upselling rather than client experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the spa was clean but overall was disappointed in my experience.

They canceled our massage 5 minutes before the massages were supposed start. Flew all the way from Arizona for the holidays and this was me and my aunts main Christmas plan. Was not offered any sort of compensation. Huge disappointment. Will never book here again. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Great customer service and environment! Had great first time experience, was a birthday gift. Hope to come back soon and make a regular routine again if can fit in my budget! Much needed!

I hesitate to put her on blast because her calendar is always booked, but Jasmine is *hands down* the most knowledgeable and experienced body therapist I have ever had. I have been working with her for over a year and this is the most important part of my preventative healthcare. Jasmine has a conversation with my muscles and my tissues and knots faster than my brain can keep up with - she is intuitive and knows the anatomical connections and pressure points so well. Not only does she provide complete care and relief for my body, but she does it with so much ease and enjoyment and is so open and communicative about what is happening and what I should expect to feel. She is an absolute expert in her field, my life is exponentially better because I am in her care, and she deserves all the praise.
