The Baker House 1650

This 17th-century bed and breakfast property is filled with charm and tranquility. The Baker House is my happy escape from NYC, and I always look forward to returning. My husband and I have enjoyed our time there during both the summer and winter seasons. We truly appreciate the hospitality, delicious food, and wonderful atmosphere. This place is a true gem in the Hamptons. Make sure to see the beautiful big tree that is more than 500 years old! 🥰✨🕊️

The Baker House is the terrific! I love it! It is in a wonderful location in East Hampton and the best place to stay. All the rooms are unique and different. Everything on the property is beautiful - the grounds, pools, rooms and common areas. The two pools are lovely. Breakfast is delicious and the servers are friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is terrific as well. The staff at the front desk is warm and welcoming. The owner Antonella is very nice. Always love staying here. Looking forward to another visit.

A charming historic inn offering a cozy, elegant escape with beautifully appointed rooms and exceptional service. Fine dining in the main restaurant and casual tavern fare downstairs, especially the renowned meatloaf, deliver a memorable culinary experience. Its prime location, just steps from downtown. Definitely our favorite summer spot!

My new secret hiding spot! This place is really amazing, an oasis of charm and tranquility. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The spa experience is super special, you have the entire space to yourself, making it a deeply relaxing escape. The boutique is a hidden gem, filled with beautifully curated pieces. Can’t wait to come back warmly recommend !!

The Baker House was the rare place I found to be very tastefully decorated and appointed in every regard. A lover of colonial decor, I appreciated the genuine quality of what must have been a labor of love! I hope to return often - particularly in October when East Hampton is less crowded than it is during the summer months.

This B&B was the most spectacular place I've ever stayed. Everything about it is first class. The grounds are simply amazing and the location is central to everything, beach, dining, shoping, vineyards. The staff is super friendly and overall we had the absolute best experience in this little piece of paradise. We booked late and only had a room in the carriage house available BUT This is the absolute best building to stay in 🙂 We had our own pool, bar and quite getaway, isolated from the road and hustle and bustle of other housemates. Highly recommend this place, it's magical.

We are a large Italian family and required a lot of rooms and space so the Carriage House at The Baker House exceeded our needs. From the beautiful grounds, salt water private pool to staff that were 2nd to none-it was an amazing experience. Is ideally located within walking distance to the East Hampton village. Best part though was Anne, the Innkeeper. She was so charming, accommodating, had a great personality and makes the best breakfast! She’s the reason we will surely return.
