The waiting lounge feels less like a lobby and more like a cozy, elegant retreat. The staff is exceptional. My therapist, Stephaniewas, was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to discuss my needs and preferences without rushing, ensuring the experience was entirely personalized. Her skill during my aromatherapy massage was truly next-level—she somehow found every knot of tension and dissolved it with practiced ease. The lavender was PERFECT for me. The Day Spa is an investment in your well-being that pays dividends in peace and restoration. If you are looking for an escape that delivers on every promise of luxury and relaxation, look no further. I am already counting down the days until my next visit. Highly, highly recommended

Wow! I was blown away by this place, such an oasis in Fayetteville. I came for a rejuvenation massage and my masseuse was Sue. She was incredible and did the perfect amount of pressure. The rejuvenation is a full body massage, including arms and legs and neck. I added aromatherapy (an extra $10) and the scents were beautiful. I found the prices reasonable, the aesthetic superb and quality top notch. You get a robe and flip flops (i kind of wish they used slippers instead of plastic flip flops but it’s such a small detail can’t really complain!) and there’s a locker to leave your stuff securely. They also have a cafe, which wasn’t apparent on their website and was a nice surprise. The menu has breakfast, smoothies, juices, sandwiches, salads and champagne, wine and beer. I got a mimosa and salad for lunch - fresh and delicious, eating on the terrace just added on so much to the whole experience. I cannot wait to come back for another massage or to try out some of the other services.

I am so happy I found The Day Spa Rejuvenation Center. I was so nervous on my first visit, but Kristen was so nice and walked me through the process. I always feel so pampered when visiting the Spa for massages. My massage therapist, Stephanie, is amazingly skilled and has extensive knowledge of anatomy. She listens to my needs and targets my trouble spots, relieving my aches and pain. Her massages are so healing and relaxing. I highly recommend!

Great staff. Great amenities (and they are always working ie. Whirlpool, sauna, steam room,etc). Great selection and variety of workout equipment. All the trainers are awesome and cater to your goals and needs. And they have a restaurant with excellent food. I highly recommend this place.

I received a wonderful facial with Shirvetta, who was so sweet and comforting, while my husband got to enjoy a deep tissue massage. It was one of the best facials I've had compared to other places, and included a relaxing hand/arm and neck massage.
