City Cave Float and Wellness Spa - Near Southside Fort Worth

I cannot say enough greatness about this place! I’ve never walked away from any facility feeling zero stress and totally relaxed, not to mention the clarity I felt in my mind. I truly felt like I was ready to conquer the world as I walked through the parking lot to go home! Between the float therapy, the infrared sauna and massage therapy…This place is a go to. Try one or all! You will not regret it!

Had the most relaxing, peaceful, yet extravagant experience today! We went for my best friends pre wedding weekend before, so she could be relaxed as possible. 11/10 recommend everyone going here. Everyone was so kind and explained everything so well!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The couples spa was peaceful, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxation. The sauna session was the perfect way to unwind and loosen up, and the float session afterward was next-level calming — total mind-and-body reset. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Everything felt unhurried and thoughtfully planned, which made it such a special experience to share together. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already talking about when we’re coming back. Highly recommend for couples looking to relax and recharge.

I had my first float therapy experience here and I cannot recommend this enough!! City Cave has friendly staff and every single amenity you could need. Their relaxation room for after sessions is perfect for readjusting and getting ready to go back to the real world. I’m scheduling another float session ASAP!!

Hidden Gem in downtown Fort Worth! Treat yourself to a relaxing health break. Super friendly and pampering staff walk you through your own wonderful personal experience. The facility is spotlessly clean, while they have thought of every detail, so you don't have to. I highly recommend the float pool for a meditative experience that relieves the joints and refreshes your spirit. 5 STARS!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ City Cave is such a peaceful escape. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I left feeling completely relaxed and recharged—both mentally and physically. It’s the perfect place to unwind, de-stress, and take care of yourself. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real relaxation and self-care done right.

This was my second time here in 3 weeks! I did all 3 services the first time and all were amazing! Today I did a massage and then floated. I have floated in several other places all over the country. In tanks and pods. The float experience here is by far the absolute best ever! It is a more of an open experience, with your own private pool and shower. It takes away all of the anxiety of being shut in a pod, with options to have lights on or off in the room. You also have 3 options for relaxing sounds and 3 options for the timing of the sound and a button in the tank to turn the lights on or off so you don’t have to get out of the water. There is also an emergency button. The shower offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they have disposable wash cloths to shower with. When you’re done showering after a float, they have a complimentary beauty bar ($2 for a comb) but everything else is very nice! My only word of caution, is be careful walking in the float room if the floor is wet, and be careful on a wet floor with the disposable slippers, but that is any we floor. There is also a quiet room where you can sit in your robe between treatments with hot tea. I bought a package this time and then today signed up for a membership. They have several different options and price points. I am now going to quit going to the high priced luxury spas. This place offers soooo much more relaxation experiences. Lasty….if you get a massage, ask for Hannah!
