True REST Float Spa

Tried floating the first time last night using the couples deal they offered. The consultant was super nice and professional. The shower had 2 heads (waterfall and handheld), the rainfall water was too cold to shower with so I used the handheld which took forever cause the pressure was low and I couldn’t get the shampoo out of my thick hair. Only hot water would come out of the handheld. The room itself was chilly for me. I got into the pod and the water seemed too cold for my liking. I couldn’t get warm. I stayed for about 20 minutes of the 60 that was offered cause my teeth started to chatter. I got out and showered with the hot water for a bit trying to warm up but quickly got cold again after I turned it off since the room was chilly. I only had one towel so it was a struggle to keep myself and clothes dry with my hair dripping everywhere. Luckily there was a hair dryer in the bathroom so I dried my hair while I waited for my husband to finish his float. Surprising to say when he came out he said he was cold as well. I didn’t find it relaxing at all. Neither did he. Maybe it’s just not our thing but we tried it. The overall ambiance was nice, the spa music was nice and the staff was nice. My husband said his pod light wouldn’t stay on and flickered on one setting so he just turned it off. Maybe it’s just not our jam but that was our experience.

One word: AMAZING!!!!! If your totally into self-care, then this one place you'd want to visit! I've never been in a float pod before and it was very relaxing 😌! I enjoyed my time at the oxygen bar, while I sipped on my tea 🍵! The staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly! If I could rate your guys 10 stars 🌟 I would!

Had a float this evening. The float itself was good…did the job, nothing special. A nice gentleman helped me get set up and made things easy, and a beautiful young lady at the desk checked me out. Both were polite and helpful, which I appreciated.

i want to be completely honest, i had really high hopes for this opportunity.. to try sensory deprivation. i was very excited leading up to this as it felt much needed for me right now dealing with mental illness. however, i left 20 minutes after my actual session start time because i was unable to even lay in the water. i know this may sound dramatic to some, but i could not get into the water because i noticed what looked like menstrual blood. i was so grossed out that i got dressed and left. the staff is amazing and very polite, she offered and issued a refund without me even having to ask. i much appreciate the people here, and by no means do i want to push negativity, i am just very saddened and let down by this experience. i feel very hopeless as it is with not many options for therapy such as this

I wanted to post this review after trying the float spa zero gravity I feel relieved and revived! I was actually able to get full sleep I have serious challenges but this made a huge difference in my mental state and spiritual awakening I felt like from that movies stranger things the girl that went into the water blacked out and was able meditation in emptiness blissful state of consciousness. I tried the breathing therapy it is amazing the calming and relaxing paired with the floating for one hour! Self care is important your body and mind and speech will benefit from this peaceful session you are your best investment! Normally it was for a single session 89 plus 10 for breathing therapy but it was only 49.99 for the whole two things for first time person thank you Lindsay you made feel welcome, greeted, answered all my questions went far and beyond offering me tea and water to make sure am hydrated thank you. Important thing is to be hydrated before coming here and all day like coconut, tea as your mind will be so relax be careful when driving it will relax you to the point you don’t want to drive fast but at peaceful pace.
