I was very impressed by the facilities and price point associated. Machines are well maintained, facilities are clean, patron culture seems to be non confrontational. Staff members are well dressed and ready to work. Kind and approachable. Donte Jones (sales person) was very knowledgeable, kind, responsive and committed. I wish more of the sales industry at large understood what so easily comes to him as second nature. Very happy with my decision to join GHF.

I came in as a guest to check out the fitness center, and I had such a great experience. The front desk girl, Ann Oves, was amazing super helpful and honestly the sweetest. She made the whole process easy and welcoming, answered all my questions, and had such a positive attitude. It really made a great first impression and made me want to come back. Customer service like that definitely stands out!

Great staff, nice and clean facility especially the locker rooms shower areas/bathrooms. Excellent work-out equipment for al types of work-outs. Pools, Jacuzzi spa, steam room, etc are great. The outside pavilion has great equipment and dance classes. This facility is one of the well kept and cleanest that I've been in.

Fantastic gym. This place is a top down superior operation. Everything you want in a gym. Ive been here at every hour and it never feels over crowded. Honestly one of the best things about Gainesville. Thanks guys!

Gainesville is a sleepy little town. One that is still slowly growing on me even though I have lived here for over 4 years now. This gem of a gym is perhaps my favorite thing about the sleepy little town. The management of GHF strive to make this gym better for its members. Providing even more value for money is unheard of especially in this economy but it happens here. I have been a member since 2021 and it just keeps getting better. Expansion of the facilities, new machines, more free group classes, more room to spread out to beat the rush. It just keeps getting better and better. I am not saying it is perfect but it is really as good as it gets. I am often on the road traveling for work and I have yet to see a gym that honestly competes. I am not sure how long I am going to be in Gainesville but GHF certainly makes it harder to leave. It has set a standard for what I would want in a future home gym. Thank you. We see you and recognize the outstanding efforts! Please get us a few more rope attachments for the cable machines and that would totally rock my world even more. Join this gym. They absolutely rock.

Avoid this Gym. When I was student I signed up. Ended up moving out of town not knowing that they would continue to try and charge me instead of breaking my contract. Long story short they sent my contract to collections and here I am 7 yrs later. 2 6 yrs removed from Gainesville and 3 years removed from florida trying to sell my car. Come to find out there is a lien on because Gainesville health and Fitness somehow sold a non existent debt. I went to this gym for maybe a month but somehow they are affecting my life 7 yrs later. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. --- Google does not let me reply to your reply. So I will state here. You sent me to collections over something that was probably not worth $200. The collections company you are working with is trying to charge me over $4,000. You replied and told me you wish me the best but do you really? When I try to reach out to you I am referred to the Attorney. When I reach out to them to settle for a reasonable price, they say you will not accept. If you wish me the best please reach out to me settle this matter.

After a death in my family, I had to move unexpectedly. Because I wasn’t able to provide a 30-day notice, I was charged a $300 cancellation fee plus two additional months of dues. I do not recommend using this facility. It is an overpriced fitness center, and you can get the same equipment and benefits at many other gyms for far less.
