Beautiful decor, very clean and inviting. Wendy and Amanda are always so warm and smiling, they are informative and friendly when you walk in . Coffee, tea and hot coca by the fireplace while you wait. The shop is clean and full of affordable cute accessories. Kenzie is amazing you are lucky if you get her as a shampoo girl or for color. Her attention to detail is on point and she doesn't leave color on you. Hannah is bubbly and did my hair cut to perfection. Highly recommended this place.

I can’t recommend Gemini Salon enough! The vibe and atmosphere are fantastic. Kat is incredible—she listens attentively and truly understands your needs. She knows the right products to care for your hair and offers insightful tips for keeping it healthy. Beyond her talent as an artist, she is kind and welcoming. After two visits, I've left loving my hair both times and also loving the Aveda products I got! Thank you, Kat, and the entire Gemini Salon staff for such a wonderful experience!

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a haircut during my work lunch break. 10 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time I was told that my stylist was "running behind" - although the salon was empty. Why not tell me before I arrive or as I walk in the door? The front desk staff was dismissive of this question and seemed to have no concern for my time.

The salon is EPIC. Been a fan for over 15 years. They have super talented professionals for every service. My highlights look amazing. The scenery is so spa chill and classy. My facial was relaxing, Jamie is a great! She also did my first Brazilian wax. Now that was an experience, and worth it. She made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Not to mention the prices are pretty standard for quality. I am allways satisfied with my services. Even my boyfriend got his back waxed, lol. He dosnt hate me for either. He never had the salon experience before so he was actually impressed. He loves to be spoiled. If you like to feel spoiled this is the place! But make an appointment because they are in high demand here!

Beautiful place, super clean. Lots of services offered, prices vary based on who you see. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to fit you in and if they can't they get you on a waiting list.

Went there for my Birthday. Looks nice until you get in the back. Loud and gossipy. Employees look crabby. Very unprofessional. Definitely not a relaxing experience. However, the massage was wonderful as was the facial. So props to them. Made another appointment for a facial, get text reminders. Apparently you can confirm but not cancel. I replied with cancel. I did speak with someone the day prior to the appointment to verbally cancel. When I told her I have tried to cancel through the reminder as well as the link, her reply " you and I both know you can’t do that". Actually, no I did not. Regardless, the card on file was charged for 50% of services, as you have to cancel 24 hours in advance. So, definitely will not be back.

I've been going to Gemini for full body massage for a while now. I started by going with my mom for a couples massage because the whole concept was new to me. I felt very comfortable at my first session and booked another massage soon after. I have been with Krista so many times that I can honestly say, she will give you best massage ever! She listens to my needs and concerns. Goes above and beyond to work out those problem areas. I recently was doing a 21 hour drive to Florida and she prepped me so well that I had absolute zero issues doing the drive there. No leg, back or hip issues at all. When I returned from my trip, Krista spent a long time working on specific issues with my back and shoulders and had me feeling completely renewed by the end, she even focused on some hip issues I didn't realize were a problem until she started relieving me of the pain. I recommend Krista for her commitment, personally, expertise and skill! You will not be disappointed!
