Residence Inn by Marriott Knoxville Downtown

I have stayed at this property, including the Residence Inn and Courtyard sides, on many occasions. The staff has always been friendly, my room is always clean, and the property is well positioned for walkability to downtown restaurants and stores. This property also has charging stations for EV in their parking garage and is also pet friendly. During a recent stay, I found myself checking-in at the hotel later than planned, due to inclement weather. Upon unpacking my luggage and settling into my room, I quickly realized that I had forgotten my phone charger. It was extremely late in the evening to go on an adventure to find a store that was open to purchase a charger. The manager, Alyssa, graciously offered to let me use her personal charger during my stay. This made a huge impact on my loyalty to stay at this property for all future occasions when I am in the Knoxville area. Thank you, Alyssa, for being so kind and to let me borrow your charger. You were not obligated to do so, and I am extremely grateful.

We chose the courtyard after my daughter and I stayed here years ago and had a great experience. We were not disappointed, the staff was SO friendly, our room was very clean, the bar, bistro and breakfast was great. Thank you for making our trip to Knoxville even better.

We needed a pet friendly hotel to stay for a night. Location was perfect -- easy to get to / from the highway. Staff extremely friendly. Nice there is garage parking. The room was clean and perfect for us and our dog for the night. The hotel is connected to the Courtyard, which has a bar. Nice touch to be able to grab a cocktail before we headed to our room for the night. Unfortunately we left bright and early in the morning and weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Thin walls especially if you’re next to a heavy snorer and water pressure in shower is a solid 2 out of 10. Other than that and $25 parking with no way to determine in and out access, it’s a fine property. How are you going to charge me $25 for a garage that anyone can get in and out of at anytime? Might as well have not told you I was parking and parked for free..

What a great staff! I wish I had grabbed the names of the ladies that work the front because they were so accommodating during a busy week when it took a little longer to get my room ready. They checked in with me while I worked on my computer in the lobby and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you to all of them. But also, great location! Walking distance to anything you want to see and eat.

Terrible stay watch out for the hotel Manager by the name of Andre, he's definitely not a man of character or integrity. He gave me documentation for one price supposedly for my negative experience. He says to me that he wants to make my stay pleasant by giving a discount. Well when I checked out price was the same no discount. Just terrible I've sent email and reported this experience with upper management. Do not stay here

Nice hotel with some of the absolute best staff. Always willing to serve and go out of their way for the guest experience. From the front desk, to the breakfast area, housekeeping, general area care takers, parking crew, and maintenance staff. Thank you all!!! We stayed here for nearly a year, due to work. We have truly appreciated everything each of you have done to make our stay memorable!! Thank you, Bryan and Holly.
