Came to Let’s Relax twice and Had great experience here and excellent massage. I forgot to ask the masseuse name from my first visit and the front desk lady was super helpful and nice to assist me to find out her name and Linda was phenomenal! Plenty of parking and call in advance to book an appointment. They have separate sections between the front desk and massage room like elsewhere. There were no noise and was peaceful during my section which I appreciated since others place you can hear staff talking from the kitchen. Enjoyed my time!
I cannot recommend Let's Relax enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and calming. I was greeted warmly and the process was smooth. My therapist, Kat, (I hope I got the name right!), was incredible. She expertly tailored the pressure to my preference, focusing on my tense shoulders and back without me even having to ask. The long, flowing strokes of the Swedish massage were exactly what I needed to melt away weeks of stress. The aromatherapy oils were subtle and lovely. I left feeling like a new person—completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and lighter. The post-massage tea was a wonderful touch. This was, without a doubt, the best massage experience I've ever had. Worth every penny!
Be cautious — they pressure you for tips. After a massage that was average in quality, they started demanding tips. I said I wanted to leave $11, which I consider fair, especially given that tips should be the client’s choice, not something forced. They insisted I leave more and also added a $3 card payment fee and they said they will still have this commission even for Zelle, which is ridiculous. Here’s how the scheme works: after the massage, you come to the lobby where your masseuse stands alongside the receptionist to increase psychological pressure. They don’t let you complete the transaction yourself but instead take your card and ask how much you want to leave for tips. Then, they start pushing for a higher amount, playing on guilt and trying you to feel uncomfortable. This behavior is unacceptable for a business, and it ruins the experience after the massage. I will not be returning here. Adding the picture to proof that it’s not a fake review.
I had the exact same experience as previous reviewer Lola R. The shaming, psychological intimidation, guilt, etc. I had a 60 min. massage and the massage therapist was good. I added a little higher than 15% tip but I was shook down into giving 30% which was OUTRAGEOUS. She was good but not that good. They didn't do business like that before, so it makes me wonder whether they are paying the massage therapists less and forcing customers to pick up the slack. I don't like being shook down. It's a shady way of doing business. I don't go there anymore. I did the same thing to two massage places I used to go to. They were legit, but then they started to intimidate customers by up selling services and aggressively demanding higher tips. More and more massage places are doing this following the business tactics of sleezy massage parlors. It's sad because this establishment is supposedly legit.
Kat is amazing!!! 🤩 best massage I have had in a long time. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming! I cannot wait to come back!
They demanded that I give them a tip before I could get a massage, and I couldn't get it without it, like you don't have the right to get a service without a tip, but people tip after the service, not before?🤦🏼♀️
The worst massage I ever hard I said multiplie times to do less hard the lady didn’t know how to do a massage at all and at the end asked for a very big tip and had in attitude when I didn’t want to
