Q Sauna presents a mixed experience, with some areas excelling while others fall short. The sauna rooms and restaurant are notable highlights, offering a comfortable and enjoyable environment. However, the overall cleanliness and attention to detail leave room for improvement, with reports of maintenance issues and lackluster customer service.

Customer Reviews
Q Sauna & Spa has a rating of 4.1 out of 5 based on over 751 reviews on Google
Trust the low reviews here, Q Sauna demonstrates its age and lack of attention to detail over years and of operation despite "dressing" themselves up with renovations. Found ants in and around my locker which staff were nonchalant regarding the issue (staff responded saying it's"not dirty"), especially concerning standards of cleanliness for a spa. No apology or discount/refund offered. Your experience here with the rooms and spa may be decent but don't expect much from a spa that doesn't particularly care enough to even give the right size clothing.
I had a body scrub service here and it turned out to be a huge nightmare. First off, I don’t think they change the body scrub gloves for every customer. I’m extra careful cuz I don’t want to catch skin disease or allergies so I brought my own, but they refused to use it. I was already uncomfortable. Then I had the most painful body scrub in my life. I’ve done it at other spas but this was definitely the worst. The staff was very rough and ended up scraping off my skin. I ended up getting around five patches on my legs and chest, and they still burn when I shower in hot water two days later. I can’t imagine I paid $142 ($94 treatment plus tips and admission) for whatever this was. Definitely not coming back for body scrub again. I’m giving two stars only because I like their restaurant and the sauna rooms are nice.
After a 7 day Alaska cruise, we decided to spend the day here since we all had red eye flights to catch. It was quiet and pretty empty on a Sunday. The sauna rooms were clean and there were a quite a few of them for a small place. I also got a scrub massage which was nice. The price wasn’t that bad compared to what we typically pay in NJ.
It could be great and I would give 2.5 if I could. My main complaint is the lack of upkeep. Even if they would close on their slowest day and clean it top to bottom, fill in the grout where it’s missing, pull down the ceiling tile lites and clean the dead bugs and stuff out of them and just an overall sprucing up it would make a lot of difference. Also the sauna in the men’s side does not get hot and the jets in the warm whirlpool don’t work. If your going to charge almost $50 to spend a couple of hours using the sauna s and stern room you need to at least make it look like it’s worth it
For how expensive this place is, it needs better upkeep for sure…people were loud, laying down watching tv on their phones, on the phone with people, etc. The food was overpriced and took forever. Thankfully they gave us tea to hold us over. They never came to refill kimchi or anything. My friend was ready to leave and asked to pay her portion (her 1 $7 item) and they told us, "No we can’t do that, you’ll have to venmo each other." If you’re going to charge as much as olympus, it needs to be a similar experience. There was no staff around to help keep the noise and phone policy. The best part was the pools and it did make me feel better about spending that much money. "The Snow Room" had a weird smell and hairballs flying around. The locker room was fine, had a lounge area, but people were in the lounge area fully nude and spread out, no towel on the couch or anything. The door to the pools was connected to the locker room, so it just felt less relaxing for sure. I wish they spent more time to curate the space rather than making the outside look all fancy. They definitely get you at first in the lobby and the outside of the building looking nice and clean and relaxing but it’s totally different inside. Just felt like a big hangout building. Wish me and my girlfriends could get reimbursed as we didn’t stay long and were thoroughly disappointed. Come here for a cheap service, sure, but the day pass is not worth it.
I had an incredible experience at Q Sauna & Spa. This place truly impressed me from start to finish. I booked a massage along with the 3-hour day-spa pass, but it turned into a full evening of relaxation, I arrived at 6 PM and stayed until they closed at 11 because I didn’t want to leave. The spa provided me with a uniform, a comfy pair of pants and an oversized T-shirt and I wore it the whole time. I started with a massage and it was amazing, exactly the right pressure, super calming, and the perfect way to unwind. From there, I explored everything the spa had to offer. I soaked in the hot jacuzzis, rotated through multiple sauna rooms, cooled down in the ice room, and even did a cold plunge. The hot-to-cold contrast was refreshing and made me feel brand-new. The atmosphere is peaceful, calm, and thoughtfully designed so you can really take your time and relax. The locker rooms were clean and stocked with great amenities, which made everything easy and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the space was spotless, and even with other guests around, it never felt crowded or loud. I love this place!!! it’s extremely relaxing, very well-maintained, and honestly not too pricey for the experience you get. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and completely reset. I will absolutely be coming back. If you want a quiet escape from the everyday stress and a truly peaceful spa experience, this is it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I'm Korean so I have some authority over my review, but still take it with a grain of salt. It's a decent Korean sauna. With multiple baths, multiple hot rooms, and lounge area, a Korean restaurant inside, an ice room, and other amenities it's a decent place to go (and apparently the Only Korean sauna to go to in this entire state for men.) you can get a Korean professional full body scrub done and that's my main point for Korean saunas. That's a must. The only issues I have here are some renovations that need to be had. Some of the men's baths are falling apart and should be repaired. Now, the worst offense and the reason I'm giving it a 3 star and not higher is because I feel this place is turning into a Russian bathhouse. By that I mean there's no respect or following of Korean bathhouse etiquette. In fear of coming off slightly racist - there's a level of etiquette and respect you shud have for other cultures and their 3rd spaces. Now I can't speak for the women's side, but for the men's - you're supposed to remain quiet in the baths. You're supposed to be courteous and shut the steam room doors and not prop them open, you're not supposed to let your kids run around, screaming, and your definitely not supposed to swim in the baths. And the employees aren't keen on stopping these rude behaviors. I can't stand that. The sauna is a place to get clean and relax. Please be respectful for Korean culture if you're going to come.
