8.3

The Westin Nashville stands out with its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. Guests appreciate its prime location, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The hotel's welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained facilities ensure a pleasant stay. However, some visitors note that the dining options could be improved, and parking fees are on the higher side.

The rooftop bar offers a delightful experience with great drinks and food, though the outdoor pool may feel small. The staff, particularly the valet team, is praised for their professionalism and warmth. Overall, The Westin Nashville provides a memorable stay with a few areas for potential enhancement.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely incredible stay and could not have asked for a better experience. The Belmont Suite was stunning and truly became the centerpiece of our trip to Nashville. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which was one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The property itself was welcoming and impeccably maintained, and the service throughout our stay was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely warm. Every detail felt intentional, and the hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. I travel often and stay at many Marriott properties, and this experience genuinely stood out. This was our first visit to Nashville, and this hotel played a huge role in making the trip so special and memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were really disappointed by our experience at the bar. I ordered a lemon drop martini and was charged $15 for Tito’s, plus an additional $5 just for ordering it as a "martini." I’ve never been charged an upcharge simply because of the glassware or style of the drink. My husband ordered an Old Fashioned and was charged $4, then $19 for a double. Yet the glass was barely 1/4 full and didn’t even cover the whiskey cube. For those prices, you expect proper pours and transparency. To make matters worse, the bartender offered me a glass of prosecco to "try," which I assumed was complimentary — only to find a $14 charge for it on our bill. The pricing felt misleading and excessive, and the lack of clarity left us feeling taken advantage of. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, the bar experience was anything but. That said, we did have a great experience with Blake from Valet. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and provided amazing customer service. Unfortunately, because of our experience at the bar, we won’t be returning.

Everyone was great. Service was impeccable from all. Rooms big and very well kept. Showers big and roomy. Rooftop bar was just perfect, service great drinks awesome and food was really good. Only slight complaint parking $74.00 a night is pretty ridiculous need to drop that.

Here are my pros and cons.... Pros: The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. [Had an issue with the tv and it was fixed in minutes.] Our breakfast room service was excellent [Server, food ( a real omlette..real eggs)food was still piping hot] Cons: Decker & Dyer....The atmosphere good, servers good, drinks good, food sucks. Ive tried it more then twice..so its not a fluke. They need to change their menu. [Update your menu!!!!] Outdoor pool... [More like a kiddies pool] with glass sides so your body is magnified to the guest eating at the restaurant] No robes in room .....bring your own robe. If they would just revamp D&D....it would make a big difference.

This was my first time at this hotel. When I arrived the valet welcomed me, open my door, and took my luggage to my room. They also showed me where everything in the room was located. They were fantastic. Front desk was super friendly and explained everything to me. I did not get a chance to eat at the hotel or go to the rooftop bar, but the hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean. I will definitely be back.

My recent stay at the hotel was made even better thanks to the exceptional valet team, especially Merrdyn. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I pulled up. Despite it being a busy evening, she greeted me with a warm smile, handled my car with care, and had it ready in no time when I needed it later. Merrdyn even offered helpful tips about the area and made sure my luggage was taken care of smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and upbeat – she truly sets a high standard for customer service! Highly recommend the valet here, and big thanks to Merrdyn for starting and ending my visit on such a positive note. Will definitely be back!
