I highly highly recommend this hotel experience. Everytime we needed something they were attentive and quick. They brought up things you would normally need to go down and get yourself. The room we chose (the King Executive Suite) was beautiful and spacious. We traveled with a little one and the room provided plenty of space for the portable bed we brought. Room service was exceptional. Bell hops wer polite and quick. I have not one single complaint about this hotel and its staff. Thanks for a stress free stay in PHL
Staying in the middle of city centre can be very expensive, but this hotel has cheaper offers than anywhere else in Philadelphia city with great value. Easy access to top tourist attractions by foot. The room was surprisingly spacious for the money and definitely recommend anyone looking g for an accommodation In Philadelphia!
Our stay at this hotel was truly above and beyond. We were traveling with our dog, and Adriana, who helped us at check-in, was incredibly kind. She made sure we had a good room that was comfortable for us and our dog. Anytime we needed anything, the housekeeping staff brought it immediately, and they even called back to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of service was exceptional. The parking service was also above and beyond. Claire at check-out also helped us with everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back and stay here again.
I should have listened to my friend who referred to the logan as "meh. not worth the price." I stayed in an executive suite on a friday. I arrived several hours early and checked in. got a burger at urban farmer and went and hung out at the pool, thinking they might have robes and such for guests to use like the four seasons.. but no. the pool is also not as nice as the photos look but in the winter it is nice and warm. the lobby area is well appointed and makes for a nice area to kill time. lots of various seating and deco. I saw my room ready in the app, and to their credit, the digital key worked unlike a lot of the marriotts I've stayed in. Room was quite large, but not luxury. it was just.. a big hotel room. bland furniture, run of the mill light fixtures. vents and various areas of the room were caked in dust and years old grime. there weren't any small touches or amenities that made it feel like an executive suite I paid a good bit of money for. I upgraded bc I wanted to treat myself, but unless my only goal was to have room to do cartwheels in my room, I could have stayed in a standard room. plus side, bed was comfy and the drapes made it nice and dark to sleep in.
Stayed here for a summer Phillies game, close-ish walk to subway. All went well! Exterior is a bit industrial looking and unassuming. Room was good, bathroom large. Lobby was pretty. Pool was a bonus! Pretty centrally located in the city.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as a couple's get away in a corner suite with a fountain view. The room was clean and comfortable but was oddly sparsely furnished. For the size of the room, I would have expected a small area to dine, perhaps a coffee table, and at least two chairs in the seating area. Staff was friendly and the food from Urban Farmer (dine in and room service) was fabulous. The service was just missing that extra spark that would have made this a five star experience. We had two people on the reservation, yet when we arrived, there was only a single robe in the closet. We called to request the robe and two blankets (no extra blankets in the room) but the gentlemen brought up only a single blanket. We ordered room service twice. The first time, they brought up a dining cart and silverware for 4 people but only one single packet of salt and pepper. The second time, they brought no dining cart (problematic because there is no dining table in the room) and only silverware for one person. We had no major problems and overall enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return for the food at Urban Farmer (fabulous brunch items, creative cocktails and outstanding steak) but the little misses by the hotel definitely made this miss the mark slightly.
The Logan is in a wonderful location for access to center city. We were able to get around on foot for the whole trip which was important to us. The decor is very modern and elegant, and one day during our stay there was a wedding in the outdoor courtyard that made for a lovely atmosphere. Finally, we had lovely service from Samirah at the front desk, and really from every employee at the Logan.
