I had a great experience for my most recent visit! I got a pedicure, massage, body scrub, and jacuzzi soak! I loved all of my services if the prices were a little more cost effective I would be here more often. That being said it was a very wonderful day that I had, and will be back when it’s time to treat myself!

My daughter and I went there this past Saturday to start off my 50th birthday celebration. This place & the service we received didn’t disappoint. The staff welcomed us with smiley faces & phenomenal hospitality. Soon as I walked in I felt like I was in a peaceful part of the world where drama and negativity didn’t exist. I could smell the aroma of relaxation in the air. We got foot scrubs and full body massages which was beyond remarkable. The young ladies that serviced my daughter and I were very professional and kind. The entire facility is breath taking. My experience is one I’ll never forget. I certainly plan on going back. I would rate 100 stars if I could.

Part two of little sis’ birthday ended at Touch & Glow (minority and women owned). We had the lounge to ourselves and what a beautiful relaxing experience. Everything was phenomenal and personalized. Lockers with our names on them— what a special touch. Plush robes, and plenty of bathrooms to change. We all went on our way to indulge in our services and followed up with champagne and charcuterie on the 3rd floor with a balcony and breeze. My service was the Crystal Aqua Experience— I’m a water junky, and it was relaxing. I was offered tea and got to play my music from the Bluetooth speakers. We were told we were the most chill group. We love that for us. We’ll be back!

TLDR: Influenced, mid and incomplete services, and if you are a tall girly opt out of the bath experience. I want to preface this by saying, I was influenced by TikTok here and I must say the influencers did their job. I definitely expected more here. I agree with the young lady who left a review about the professionalism. Prior to my appointment they were very polite and accommodating. I booked a certain staffer but I'm guessing she wasn't available but I was not informed before, during or after my session. The young lady was polite and did a great job. The decor here is beautiful, I forgot I was on Ridge Ave. My foot bath was cool and my massage was wonderful but ij the description there was an included sound bowl experience but that didn't happen. When it got to my bath experience it all went downhill. I'm 6'1 and the bathtubs here are definitely not for anyone over 5'8. What should've been a relaxing experience became an amusing game of me constantly rotating like a chicken to keep myself immersed. It was funny but it wasn't especially not at that price tag. My hostess forgot about me evidently. Once my fingers started to prune I exited the bath and found her working on a new client at the pedicure station? Very odd, the whole time I was drying off and getting dressed she never returned to check on me. Definitely not the level of professionalism I was expecting.

The best place that you can find in Philadelphia for Spa Life. The most experienced workers and professionals. After their therapy i fell asleep when I got home and went Straight to the heaven. 10/10. Recommended
