J’s Foot Spa has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 179 reviews on Google
This is by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my fifth visit at this facility and I can say I am even more pleased than previously. I typically always do the reflexology however, today I did the full body massage and I can honestly say I didn’t think it could get any better than it already had. Every experience I have had here has been exceptional, the staff pays attention to great detail and makes you feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend J’s Foot spa.
Been having a lot of stiffness and pain. Decided to call and see if I could get in for a massage of my neck, upper back and shoulders. I was seen within the hour. Mike was my masseuse! Unbelievable. I had so many knots, tense tendons and tightness. After an hour of deep massage, I was finished. Mike told me I would be sore. I was not prepared for the level of soreness. I have another appointment booked for next week. He was terrific. Will be going at least once per month now.
I have been to Jay's many times I have had full Swedish massages, foot reflexology. There sixty minute foot and hand massage is wonderful. They have all been very, very good. I truly recommend this place. It is very clean. They are very helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
Gross. This place has gone WAY downhill. Used to come here frequently a couple years ago. It's dirty, smells bad, the staff are constantly bickering, and the massage was awful. The person giving me the massage was also CLEARLY ill. They were loudly mouth breathing, snorting, and coughing the whole time. And then they made the conscious decision to rub their germs all over my entire body. Complete waste of money. The massage was rushed, the person seemed like they had never given a massage in their life. It was painful and the opposite of relaxing. Zero communication, and when I said too hard they didn't change anything. I was too polite to not stop it. I regret that.
What was supposed to be a relaxing Valentine’s couples massage turned into the most unprofessional and stressful experience we’ve ever had. We were quoted $110 for a one-hour foot massage for two and $120 for a one-hour couples massage. After our session, we were told we owed $380 and were instructed to pay cash. When I questioned the amount, the total changed to $330 "with tip." We were then told there were extra fees for using a debit/credit card — $10 processing plus an additional $20 for not paying cash — totaling $30 in undisclosed card fees. There was no visible signage explaining these charges. On top of that, a $40 gratuity was added without any signage stating gratuity is mandatory. When we said we would add our own tip on the receipt, we were told "NO" and asked how much tip they should charge for us. We were told the minimum was $40 per person and were even told not to "be cheap." We remained calm and simply asked to be charged for services rendered so we could leave our own tip. Despite this, our card was charged an additional $100 tip without our authorization. To make matters worse, during our massage the session was interrupted because the owner’s wife was yelling at another customer in the lobby over payment. The argument was loud and disruptive in what is supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing environment. We later realized this seemed to be a pattern. The service itself was also underwhelming. The massage techniques felt rushed and lacked proper pressure-point work. We were already dissatisfied, yet we still intended to tip fairly — just not be forced into arbitrary amounts. We left feeling tense, overcharged, and extremely disappointed. Transparency, professionalism, and respect for customers were completely lacking. We will not be returning.
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨STAY AWAY🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I’ve been coming to Jay’s Foot Spa for years, but unfortunately, the service has declined drastically—and after my last visit, I won’t be returning. I booked a combo massage, but the experience was uncomfortable from start to finish. I specifically requested a deep tissue massage, but it wasn’t provided—likely due to a language barrier. Worse, the masseuse kept touching my hair and openly discussing it with another staff member nearby, which was completely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. After the service, I was shocked to be confronted at the front desk and told I had to tip 20% per masseuse. I had already planned to tip $10 per person, even though neither my partner nor I were happy with the experience. When I politely declined the demand for a higher tip, I was insulted and called a "cheapster," and told I "never want to tip 20%"—which simply isn’t true. I always tip based on the quality of service and it didn’t warrant more. To make things worse, the woman at the front attempted to upcharge my credit card fee to force the tip. Even one of the male staff members (possibly an owner) told her she was wrong and should go home and rest. The whole scene was unprofessional and embarrassing. I've since read other reviews echoing similar experiences, and it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue. It’s truly disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. I hope the workers are treated fairly and things improve, but I can’t recommend this spa anymore. Be cautious if you decide to visit—especially when it comes to tipping and charges.
Absolutely horrible experience!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am not the person to write reviews AT ALL but I feel I absolutely need to. I came here about 2-3 years ago and it was great, I came back due to severe back pain I’ve been experiencing and thought they did great years ago. The young man that did my massage was great. However, I had a budget of $80 for a massage and when it came time to pay I was unaware of the $4 card fee so I rounded it up to include a tip. Before I even filled out the receipt and signed the receptionist kept pointing to the tip line and saying "TIP TIP". After seeing my $6 tip that firstly is completely optional, she asked "was your massage not good" and insisted I tipped more. We went back and forth for AT LEAST 5 minutes about me tipping more and I was as polite as can be and told her that’s really all I can do. She then reiterated that the tip should be at least 20% and to put more. This completely ruined my experience, before this I had recommended this "spa" to other people but now I definitely will not. ON TOP OF THIS the place smells like sewer which they have been saying the owner says he will fix it but it’s been months. Also if you read any other reviews that include them asking for tips, they always respond with the same thing, that they have a strict policy of not asking for gratuity, and yet they seem to do it to every customer who has written a review. Place needs to be shut down. ADDITIONAL EDIT SINCE THEY RESPONDED: of course tips are appreciated. However, repeatedly trying to coerce multiple customers and telling them to tip more, basically making them feel obligated to tip, is completely unethical and unacceptable. Also, the smell issue was NOT fully resolved a year ago as it still smells very very strong of sewer as soon as you walk in. Please stop lying to the public and fix your establishment.
