Massage Envy

I am extremely disappointed with the cancellation process at this location. We received written confirmation via email stating that we would be eligible to cancel our membership after honoring the 6th payment. After fulfilling that requirement, we called multiple times and were repeatedly assured that our cancellation request had been received and was being processed. Now, we are being told that our membership cannot be cancelled. This is despite the fact that we have written proof from the company confirming our eligibility to cancel and even providing us with their official cancellation form. Yet, after all confirmations, they still attempted to process another payment and are now refusing to honor the cancellation. As a result, we are being forced to seek legal assistance. What makes this even more concerning is that management is now claiming the employee who originally helped us was "not properly trained" and will be reprimanded — even though multiple staff members confirmed the cancellation on separate occasions. It is unacceptable for a business to shift blame onto their employees rather than take accountability. This reflects a serious lack of integrity. Stay away from this location. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances from staff, as they will lie to you just to ensure they lock you into a contract.

Had appt for 4:30. I get taken back yo room at 4:40. I asked for the associate that gives deep firm massage. I wanted to focus on neck and back. She suggested full body. I said I really want to focus on the neck and back. She said ok. Good thing I did that. It felt like my grandkids were tapping on my back and spreading oil. Next thing I know is she was done. It was 4:40. There 60 minute massages are 40 minutes. I guess I went to another time zone. I went there with a gift card for $100.00. When I went to pay and asked her to tip the lady with the balance remaining. She said no you have to pay seperate. So now have a credit to use. They were trying to push memberships. They keep money on your card thinking you will have to come back I will never go back. If you want real massage where they know all the muscles. Go to the mall and ge it done there. Cheaper and when you are done you feel so much better and pain free.

Had a wonderful facial with Melania. It was simply wonderful. The atmosphere was great. I couldn’t say anything bad about anything. They were just awesome there. I would Recommend everyone to treat yourself to this facility!!

The staff are very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed. The young lady at the front desk was thorough and open to answering my questions. The place is clean and the setting gives you a calm and relaxed vibe. Melania was the lady that did my facial and it was an amazing experience. I will be going there again, and I will tell my family and friends what a great experience I had there.

I love my facials with Melania. I have had two appointments with her and she is by far the best esthetician I have ever had. My skin glows after I see her and the treatment itself is so relaxing. I could fall asleep during her facial message. Thank you Melania!! 🩷🩷

I have to say I was a little nervous but my experience was amazing. Go see Kristian! She is very professional and great at what she does. The office is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Never in my life will I be stepping foot back in that establishment. Very rundown. The front wasn’t that bad but I did not appreciate not being greeted for 8 minutes. I understand he was on the phone but , he still could have said something to acknowledge my presence. When I walked into the back room with Kimberly, I was just in shock. The room had a dirty smell to it. It smelled cheesy in a way. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. It was very very rundown. Kimberly SHOULD NOT be a licensed massage therapist. Her fingernails were long and sharp so much to where I got scratched the entire time, I didn’t see you until after the massage that her fingernails were extremely dirty. She asked where my main focus points are I told her my shoulders, my feet and my hands. She didn’t even touch the sore part on my shoulder She was rubbing the side of my arm repeatedly over and over and over again never once got the actual areas that needed it. She had scabs on her arms, and it made me feel disgusting because I know that they rubbed with their arms during the back massage. I understand because of her weight why her breathing was bad. I get that I don’t discriminate against anybody but at the same time while I’m having a massage I don’t want to be breathed on hard and loud. It was so uncomfortable. I tried not to breathe. Also Her hands were very rough and calloused like her skin on her hands hurt me. She barely used enough oil, it was probably getting soaked up into her hands because she needed it more than I do. I genuinely have never felt this disgusting after I left a massage. I felt like I was going to get a disease. She picked at the scabs on her arms when she was massaging me I could hear her picking at them. When I left the building, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. When I got home First thing I did was I had my husband pour peroxide and rubbing alcohol all over my back and scrub it while i sat in the bath tub crying. I have been visiting Massage Envy for three years at the Vero Beach location. That location is the best one they treat you like family there they take care of you. It smells wonderful and they are all so nice to everybody. I live in Port St. Lucie now, but I will never step foot back inside of that Massage Envy. My back is so sore because Kimberly did not rub it the right way she irritated the muscles to where my neck and back hurt so much worse than when I walked in. She needs to be fired or her license taken away.
