Very friendly service but the worst service I’ve ever had. Hot towels were Luke warm and wrapped loosely. Hot rocks not hot and barely glided on, very rushed. Massage was very short and disappointing. Foot prepped before with clippers and file was minimal and I could do a better job. And my ankle was grated. Very disappointed. The person doing this was very nice but needs to be trained better.

Love this place. Got a short set of nails with leilani and a pedi with janet. They made me feel very welcome and my nails look beautiful . Definitely coming back to this spot

I walked out crying. I booked an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding on Sunday. I original wanted gel but my nail technician convinced me to try their dip powder saying that it looks nicer and last longer. It sounded like she was very confident with the product as well, so being that it’s for my wedding I said okay why not. As she is working she is asking me if the work is okay, I repeatedly tell her they are too tick, the shape is off, they are not even, and they look too messy. She tries to "fix" them but I can tell that she doesn’t have the skill I was hoping for. I cried twice out of frustration because as she is trying to fix her work, she is blaming my nails and my hands for the way her work looks. I’ve had my nails done multiple times at other shops with no problem. She finally finishes up and I’m struggling to hold back tears, this is not what I want to took back at on my wedding pictures. Their desk lady did come back and asked what was wrong and I explained and she did try to get me in with someone else to fix them but I said no. I payed for my service and they did take $11 off. This is the work I walked out with.

This salon experience is completely top class. They are all about cleanliness and care. They are patient and take their time with you. Appointments are definitely necessary. They have tons of colors to choose from for your nails, gel too. Paris salon offers a variety of services, manis, pedis, permanent makeup, etc. Their pedicures were very relaxing. They took their time with the massage, which also included hot rocks (What a unique experience!). The lady I had also was able to use a type of nail polish stamp for my design! I recommend this salon over any other I have ever been to. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I felt so rejuvenated after my appointment. Going back as soon as I can!

I get my Gel nail polish done by Audrina and she’s the best! My last manicure lasted over 6 weeks and as a bartender it’s hard for me to keep gel polish fresh for more than 2 weeks. She does great nail art and is so nice to talk to! This photo is after almost 2 week grow-out

First time coming here & I love it. Waiting time wasn't bad at all I didn’t even wait 10 minutes . Ladies here were friendly & nice. The new owner has a background in the beauty industry she is very well educated on owing a salon. The co owner was also very professional and knowledgeable. I Got a manicure done & like how it came out. Will be coming here from now on. I loved everybody there. The service and the work they did an amazing job.

worst service ever, please don't go ! Have been there with an appointment for a manicure. when I showed up I asked for a French manicure and was told that the staff is too new and she doesn't know how to do this. I went ahead and choose a simple nail polish. , when I arrived I showed my gift card to the front desk from Paris nail salon and I wasn't told that they don't accept it. This gift card was purchased last June by my friend for my bday. Needless to say at the end she told me that she will not accept this gift card due to the change of the ownership. There is no note anywhere in the saloon about not accepting cards purchased at the same location from a month ago. The name of the saloon is still Paris on the building and the card expires next year. I ask to speak with the owner who was threatening me to call the police if I don't pay with different payment than the card. Please see the pic of my nails . There was also no soaking , or any type of nail care involve with this. She colored and wiped out my nails few times.
