I've been a member here for years...I love the whole vibe! Way better than Peppermill and Atlantis where you spend a fortune for a service that doesn't compare. Nick is by far one of the best massage therapists in Reno in my opinion. And Christina offers some of the best advice and expertise with her facials...She is just lovely!

Christina shaped and tinted my eyebrows. This was my first visit to Spavia. It’s beautiful and was so relaxing while waiting for my treatment. Christina is so professional and took great care of me. The front desk was very attentive and explained some of the beneficial products. I purchased some retinol. Thank you, again, to Jennifer and Christina! I’ll be back!

I made an appointment about a month in advance. I was told I'd get an email to confirm my appointment. I never received an email, text, or a phone call. I called a day before my appointment to confirm and they said there was no record of my appointment. Luckily there was still availability for a massage but at an earlier time of my original appointment. If this didn't happen I wouldn't have had Anthony as my massage therapist and I wouldn't have just had the best massage of my life. So thank you to the front desk for not saving my original appointment. Normally something like that would be very frustrating but I am so thankful to have met Anthony. Can't wait to see him again! The 5 stars is for Anthony. 3 stars for the scheduling issue.

This was the most wonderful experience. If you want to give yourself a special gift get a facial from Monica. The staff are all very kind and polite. The place is so clean and they are so well organized. I highly recommend them to everyone. This might be the best kept secret in Reno!

I had a great experience! The environment was so relaxing and I felt so taken care of. I had a Hot Stone Massage with Lindsay and a Facial and Warmed-Oil Scalp treatment with Elizabeth. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered. I will definetely be getting services done here again!

This was my first visit. I had a facial by Christina. This was the most amazing experience of luxury I've ever had. The creams & facial massage were not just relaxing, but heavenly. I absolutely recommend Spavia!
