Her knowledge and gentle approach really helped reduce swelling, improve circulation, and ease the tightness I was feeling. I love coming here! My best friend came here after her mommy makeover and the lymphatic massage helped so much with the swelling. I decided to come here after my 360 lipo, BBL and breast augmentation. Tiffany helped with my drain removal and a small seroma that developed in my abdomen around week 3. She uses cupping and all these amazing tools without hurting you, I fell asleep! Let me tell you that after being in pain and barely able to move, I was able to put my faja and socks on no problem after my massage! It is so hard to find someone local since my surgery was in Miami. Safe Space Bodywork and Ms. Tiffany will help through your entire recovery! I bought the package of 20 right away after seeing how much it helped. Had two massages a week in the first month and then once a week for the last three months. Her space is so comfortable and beautiful, Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Safe Space is another Sacramento gem! I’ve dealt with back pain for over 20 years so I’ve tried almost every type of massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, etc imaginable and Tiffany is a true healer. I can’t recommend her services enough. I feel like I stumbled upon a treasure finding her. Her extensive experience is immediately evident and her kind gentle mannerism/personality are the cherry on top. I’ve been recommending her to everyone I know. She is beyond amazing!! Knows what you need without you even having to tell her. Typically I need deep tissue massages, the type that are more painful than relaxing, but with Tiffany I’ve finally been able to enjoy a soft touch that calms my tensed nerves and softens my muscles. Massage that actually works without the pain of deep tissue pressure. That in itself is unbelievable, I never thought I’d find someone who can help me in that way. Prices may look higher than standard but there’s a reason for that. Tiffany’s work js worth every penny and more! If you need a true healing touch don’t hesitate to book an appointment! By complete luck, I found Tiffany’s practice and encouraged by the rave reviews I booked an appointment. Luck indeed because Tiffany was precisely the right person for what I needed: competent, compassionate, effective, funny, focused, knowledgeable, relaxing.
