Enjoyed our experience with these folks. Spas aren’t cheap in general and that is an industry thing. But they had the exact one we wanted and paid a reasonable price compared to the industry standards. But the real value is in their knowledge, advise, service, and customer support. This is the part where others have left me high and dry in other industries. On another note, I’m glad I didn’t buy the hype and get salt. Have been using this one for 4 months now and couldn’t be happier.

Purchase a used Jacuzzi Spa from them a few years ago. The front staff and the service team have been great. They are always available to answer questions and technical support as far as troubleshooting goes. When this 8 yr old spa gives up the ghost we'll be in the next day to buy a new one from them!

This was an excellent team with Frank and Shawn. They were extremely giving of their time and information. I appreciated their thorough and responsive communication, Along with making us aware of all the options for spas. They really worked to take the best care of us on our schedule.

Recently purchased our second Jacuzzi from Spa Crafters. They are very easy to deal with, have a great selection on hand, and are competitive with their pricing. They do put together a complete package for using your hot tub. Delivery was on our timeline and done very professionally.

My wife and I came into Spa Crafters and talked to Shawn a couple of times before buying. We ended purchasing a Sundance spa at a pretty good discount since it was a floor demo. Shawn has been very responsive to any questions we’ve had, which is just as important as the tub itself in my opinion. Looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We use Spa Crafters for all of our spa needs. Great customer service! Shawn and Frank are amazing at helping you make a great pick. They both go the extra mile through the entire process.

Very disappointed in there service. Told them I was bidding a job they quoted me a cost and it was a high cost after we went over products and then they now came back after we agreed on what to price and trying to get even more money. Next time make sure its in writing because that was there excuse as to why it went up after we sold the job to a customer. Nothing worse then having to go back and resale a product to a good paying customer period.
