I had to return three times for Botox treatments, and it was obvious that the procedure was not working for me at all… Even after the second visit, the wrinkle remained exactly the same. I was advised to increase the dosage, even though the same dosage had worked for me for years. I also find it unrealistic to believe that an injection lasting less than a second could deliver an effective dose. Despite paying for Botox, I was given Dysport instead. Paying $500 for injections that produced no results is extremely disappointing. This was my last visit.

Went in for lip filler and Heidi gave me the most amazing results! She explained every step of the process and what she was doing so clearly. She was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable! Highly recommend her an an injector. The spa itself was very well maintained and welcoming! Would definitely go back. My lips are a little swollen in the picture I included but that’s only because it was a few hours after injection. Super obsessed with the shape already! Thank you Heidi!!

The front desk is always super welcoming and attentive! I like the quick replies to my text if I prefer to text vs calling. My provider Genya has always given me a natural, pretty look and makes thoughtful recommendations, never over-selling. I trust her to suggest what is best for me. She always finds a good deal for me! She has a lovely personality and so skilled at her art.

I have been getting services from Genya for about 3 years now and she is the best around! 🙂 I’ve had Microneedling, C02 laser, Botox, and Filler and it’s always perfect. She is extremely knowledgable and I wouldn’t trust anyone else as she has never led me astray. The prices are reasonable and the facilities are really nice. Definitely give it a shot!

It’s my first time at a medical day Spa and I must say I was quite impressed. The front reception was beautiful and the staff was great. The treatment was quick and I was out in no time. My nurse was Sara and she was very helpful and upbeat. I’ll be back for sure but probably in the Solana Beach location, which is closer to where I live.

Tali at the front desk was so helpful in scheduling, finding the right treatments, and creating a welcoming environment. The owner Chi has put together an amazing team, is so generous, and keeps up with top-of-the-line newest and best treatments and technology. Connecting with Heidi changed everything. She recommended ProDeep and we discovered that my skin loves laser treatments. The picture is after ONE treatment. For the first time in my life, I'm happy with my skin and it's such a relief knowing I can turn to Heidi or anyone else here and get a curated, scientific recommendation for next steps. I have and will continue to recommend this space to anyone with dermatology concerns or an interest in beauty treatments.

I purchased a Groupon kinda by mistake location wise. Made appt drove 30 miles down there and salon had a weird vibe, not your typical Solana Beach feel. The whole vibe was off. I went in the room to get my botox and the first thing she said was you have alot of points. At first I was confused thinking how could I have points when I've never been hete before. I look at her confused and then realized she was talking about MY Alle points. It just got worse at that point I felt like being unsold immediately without even talking about it. She proceeded to ask me questions about previous treatments, and very specific. Asking me who my plastic surgeon was, I then told her I didnt think that was any of her business and she said well we like to ask. Again no class! I told her at that point I just wanted my 20 units purchased and she hesitated and then went and got them. Did her injecting and i walked out with a bad taste in my mouth. Would not go back.
