I went here for the first time today for a facial and massage and was so impressed. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My massage was with Carly and she did a great job listening to my needs and accommodating. So extremely relaxing and recovering. My facial was with Gerald which was also a great experience. He was so informed and kind. My skin is glowing! Definitely recommend

I’ve been going to the Knotstop since 2020, but for the past year I’ve had the membership and have been seeing Renee every month. She is amazing and I almost hesitate to shout her out because I don’t want her to be even more booked out than she already is, but my girl deserves her flowers. Renee has such a calming presence and is incredibly talented! Over the years, I have also seen Katie, Carolina, Kevin, & Haruka for massage and Ozzy for Reiki. I have never had a bad experience with any massage therapist at the KnotStop. Even the front desk staff are so kind and helpful.

I've been a member for a couple of years now and I have never had a bad treatment. Everyone here is wonderful. A while ago a booked an appointment with Claudio and found my permanent Therapist! He is fantastic! Deep tissue heated massage is what I always schedule. Amazing!!!!

Phil was amazing! I’ve had countless professional massages before and he was right up there amongst the best. The entire crew there is so kind and professional. Thanks Jeremy, Joe, & the girls at the front desk. Can’t wait for my next visit!

That was no doubt the GREATEST massage of my life. Itzel asked the right questions prior to the massage to properly address my trigger points and areas of discomfort. I highly recommend this place to active duty service members as well, I was really in need of a high-pressure deep tissue and I’m very grateful to Itzel for helping me out.

I have been coming to The Knotstop over maybe 10 years' time. I make it a treat every few months to get a massage and I have never run into an employee who isn't warm, welcoming, and doesn't do a bang up job. The building on 4th Ave is also super cute and well-appointed, but the location has no dedicated parking (thus 4/5). Now that the city of San Diego is screwing its residents and visitors alike, I will no longer be coming to this location. For my last visit, I paid $5 for parking and had to worry my entire 90min treatment (plus 20min more for an add on) that my max 2 hour parking was going to expire. I hope residents and businesses who will be affected by this change either help to upend this change or vote differently in the future.

Nice place Amazing massage The receptionists were polite and greeted me upon my arrival. There's jewelry crystals and so mic more cool things available to view or purchase near the checkout area outside of the lounge. I like that they have a lounge area with hot tea and water you can enjoy while you wait for your massage therapist. The vibe is very comfy cozy. My therapist was Mateo and his hands are magical !! I really appreciated that he kept asking if everything was okay during the massage it allowed me to relax a little more knowing he could adjust if necessary. The pressure was perfect ! I added cupping to my massage for the first time and it feels like that helped with certain stress/tense spots on my back- I'm so happy they offer it as a "add-on". I arrived with extremely sore and tight muscles and left feeling so relaxed. Although the price is a bit more expensive than other 60/90 minute massages at other places I would definitely recommend. Parking note : there is street parking available on the same street you have to pay for but also free spots available near StPaul Cathedral.
