True REST Float Spa

First time experience and was not a fan. First the rooms are so steamy and moldy smelling. Which makes sense by looking at the showers. The smell of the float tub itself was so chemically that it burned my nose. I ended up getting out 20 minutes into my float because the water got cold and it was not enjoyable. I honestly recommend the owner shutting down until they address the mold and the strong sewer smell coming from the shower drains.

Every time I come it’s a wonderful experience with top tier customer service from booking on the phone, text and arriving to the facility. Shyanne helped tonight and she’s awesome. Felt lucky to have her assist us tonight. The experience is like no other, rehabs the mind and body at the same time. If you’re thinking of doing it, do it. Thank yourself later

I've been to True REST Float Spa in 4 different states. This San Diego spot levels up to them all -- well organized, warm & friendly staff, and a float experience that you didn't think was necessary until the 60-min is over and wish there was more...and more. Becca (staff) made sure our float session was the BEST! She is a treat to know and truly cares that you have the float of a lifetime. Thanks Becca! -- Sam

Great experience! I was a first timer and I thought it would be scary, when I started I felt like i was falling and moving, but then I got the neck pillow and it was amazing! My head felt supported and I relaxed! I would love to come back. This was a great experience!

Cancelled my appointment and when I arrived pretended like it never existed even after I showed my confirmation. Beware. They took accountability and could care less about my time. Your response is inaccurate. I called to make an additional appointment. You team cancelled my existing one without my knowledge then didn’t not take any accountability and could have cared less about my time.

A friend of mine treated me to True Rest for my birthday and it was exactly what I needed. The young lady at front desk was very informative and made it easy to understand how to float and what to expect. The salts definitely took some of my years of pain away (for several hours). Will be heading back to see if I can get longer term benefits.

I was hooked at my first float! I am now an Unlimited Member alternating one and two hour floats three days a week. Floating has provided me the opportunity to destress and begin an inner journey of peace. Once a float has concluded I center and protect my cleansed aura with love and white light. The facility is well kept and the personnel INCREDIBLE! My favorite treat after each float is the oxygen bar. Namaste
