After over 40 years from the purchase of a hot tub from here, they’re still providing service to said hot tub. I plan on keeping the hot tub for many more years and I believe it possible because of this level of commitment to service to their customers.

The update / replacement of the Hot tub in my house was postponed many times because I thought that, due to the indoor installations, it is almost impossible. Finally I decided to do it and .. I am extremely happy with the results. We finally bought a hot tub and we truly feel like Hot Springs spas are built better than the competition. Along with that the Spa and Sauna Co. has been excellent to work with. They held our spa until we were ready for delivery, the showroom was very helpful when I needed to confirm details for setting up our yard to receive the hot tub. The delivery team was awesome; they were hard working, clearly communicated, and were very friendly on delivery day! Lastly they gave me a courtesy phone call the next day to see how delivery went and it was surprisingly helpful because I did have a few questions. Can’t wait to get it dialed in and heated up. We had Spa and Sauna come out and help us with a malfunctioning hot tub a few days ago. They came out and fixed the problem but ended up charging us $400 for a part that is available for $150. I will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone, a >200% markup (and they buy these from the manufacturer so its actually a lot more than that) is crazy.

My family and I recently visited the Spa and Sauna Company to purchase chemicals for our new hot tub. As a novice in hot tub maintenance, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from Liam. Within minutes, he had us set up with everything we needed and even provided a tutorial on maintaining our tub. Liam's expertise made the process smooth and efficient, and we were in and out of the store in no time. To top it off, he went the extra mile by giving my kids a rubber ducky, which they absolutely loved! Overall, our experience at Spa and Sauna Company was fantastic, thanks to Liam's professionalism and helpfulness. We highly recommend this establishment!
