The steam rooms and sauna provide a relaxing environment, although temperature consistency could be improved.

The spa's services, such as massages and facials, are generally praised for their quality. However, pricing can be unpredictable due to dynamic pricing strategies, and some guests may find the tours disruptive to the relaxing atmosphere. This spa is excellent. The new renovations are awesome. The sauna was hot, mist was cold, the steam room (could have been warmer). The showers were clean and had several beauty products available for use. Scrub available to try in shower lounge. Light snacks and water/tea provided. Extra sensory chairs available. The only bummer was the pool was under construction so we had to go to the main resort pool. Also they claim to have dynamic pricing for treatments. Want to go at 12:30p instead of 8am? Your 270 dollar facial (online when booking) is now 340 and you won’t realize till you go to pay. That’s wrong! Misleading clients is not appreciated. You should be giving a discount for not having full amenities. Ps. Stop giving talking tours and loud instructions in the relaxation spa area. Do this in the lobby. Every 2 minutes a new tour walks through saying the same speech while I’m trying to relax on the infra red lounge chairs. Just breaks up the peace a little bit. Otherwise an amazing experience with great service. I would recommend you go, but keep an eye on the pricing. And wait for the pool renovations to be complete.

Highly recommend! The renovations alone are worth visiting. No detail ignored. Absolutely stunning! My massage was wonderful and my mom had a facial she was very pleased with. Left relaxed and recharged. Will be back!

We came to the newly renovated spa on 1/26/26. The new space is really beautiful, but it seems like there are some kinks that need to be worked out. First, there were mosquitos in the waiting area and I got bit. Second, the sauna is beautiful but wasn’t warm at all-it didn’t even feel like a room with heat on. I came with my mother, we both got firm pressure massages and collagen facials. The facials were excellent. My massage was excellent-but my mom’s was awful. She asked the masseuse multiple times for more pressure, and the masseuse either couldn’t or wouldn’t. This probably all would’ve only been a 5 start review, but the services are so insanely expensive that it just wasn’t worth it.

My mom has done many spa treatments and spa days in her lifetime but I've only been once. I was a little hesitant to sign up for this when we went on her work trip together because I just...well...wasn't used to something like this. BUT I am so glad I did, because this place was amazing. The snacks, the hidden away pool for after your spa-time, the food, the hot tub, the lockers, the massage therapists, etc. Everything was fantastic. I did have to remind my therapist to avoid my ankle because I had an injury that I didn't want irritated by being massaged, and she almost started touching it. SO that was a bummer because it did take me out of the zone for a second, but honestly that's not a huge deal since it was an hour massage and she did great the rest of the time. I will definitely be going back someday, because phew, I need it.

I visited this resort for a work function so I can’t speak to the price but the staff is fantastic. I am allergic to onions and the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay amazing. I was the only one out of 250 ish people who attended the event and every dish was labeled as containing onions or not. When the options were limited, the chef prepared me a separate meal that was delicious! All the wait staff that attended to us for the 4 days were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is beautiful and the amenities are numerous and enjoyable. I only wish I had brought my wife with me and extended our stay.

I have been to many spas and resorts and never have had such a great massage therapist. I had an amazing experience at this spa, Stephanie my massage therapist was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that I was extremely relaxed and every knot I had was gone. She is a true professional and a real expert. Christina was very helpful and extremely polite and so was the ladies at the front desk at the spa I highly recommend

I was so looking forward to my annual post- holiday spa visit with family. We’ve always visited the Camelback Inn spa and were excited to return. Upon arrival, we were met with the spa building being surrounded by scaffolding. I called the main lobby and was told that the spa temporarily relocated due to renovation. Upon arriving to the "new" spa, we were so disappointed with what we found. A former suite was turned into a pseudo waiting room, locker room, sauna and pool house combination. When it’s time for your service(s), your provider will meet you and then walk you across the street to other old hotel rooms that have been converted into service rooms. The high end amenities that we became accustomed to were nowhere to be found. No more showers after services or communal areas to do hair and makeup. There’s only 2 bathrooms/ changing rooms for all spa patrons and the sauna and plunge pool must be reserved in advance. Our services were still great and the staff seemed to be working through the interim challenges. The spa manager was very kind and considerate given our frustration with paying for a luxury spa day and only staying for less than 2 hours. I’m hoping that the renovations go quickly and things can get back to normal. In the interim, I’ll definitely be going elsewhere.
