So far always a wonderful place to go to! It’s truly a spa where you can have the spa day experience! Meaning you can spend the entire business hours here. You can pack lightly for this experience as they provide your toiletries , blow dryers , curling irons, towels, deodorant , shampoo , conditioners , body wash , q-tips, beauty pads , toner , moisturizer, tooth brush , hair brush , robes , slippers , towels. Etc. just bring your change of clothes and makeup! There’s a big deep jacuzzi , sauna and steam room , lounge room , locker room , waiting room , balcony, shower room , vanity room , spacious toilet rooms, massage rooms and a gift shop. The service is always friendly. Massages are also amazing. Cassie was my best masseuse so far. There are complimentary beverages and snacks available or you can order from their menu . The venue is well decorated , the atmosphere sets a relaxing mood. Come alone or as a group. It’s definitely a wonderful experience.,

Wow. What an amazing first Spa experience at Talking Stick. We arrived for an early morning massage. I was paired with Stacy and I honestly had the best massage of my life. I came in suffering with a migraine/tension headache for over a week, and it was meant to be that she is a neck expert. I left mostly pain free, which has felt like a miracle. After the massages we enjoyed the steam room, the hot jacuzzi with jets powerful enough to give a small massage too, as well as the deck/viewpoint where we were able to relax, enjoy some snacks, and order a little something to eat. If I’m ever in Phoenix again, I will make sure to come back!

I wish I read the reviews. My bad Excellent therapist / clinical. Lynda was absolutely amazing best facial I've ever had!! They are so lucky to have her amazing talent on staff --- 5 stars for her! But the front staff is very "Karen"....and loves to look down on the guest, be disrespect and rude. (sorry, but at a spa the guest is always right) That's the 1 star part of the review and how I came up with a 2. The manager was a bit more flexible but she needs to train the front desk on how to be positive and how to respect the guest. Be creative. Just because I'm there on a ResortPass doesn't mean I can't afford to be there. So if you go here, pick your battles, & don't change anything that you've signed up for or ask to add in services. or you'll just get a headache.

Pedicure was very nice and relaxing. The technicians were really nice and did a great job. I give it three stars NOT for the great technicians or the quality of the pedicure. Being a "local," I have been to many of the hotel spas and was very surprised that this one does not allow you to use the steam/hot tub/lounge with the purchase of a pedicure. With tip it was $90 for a pedicure. I would suggest going to the Omni or the Phoenecian instead where you can spend some time in their lovely spas for the same kind of money. Nice pedicure but for the money there are much better options in much more beautiful spas.

A wonderful experience. Amenities are okay, but the massage itself was out of this world! Reina, listened to my needs, asked the right questions, and gave me one of the best massages of my life! I was so grateful to have someone work through my body and find the knots and areas that needed care. She is such a kind-hearted lady and has healer hands!

If you want your feet to look brand new then you should book a pedi at the Talking Stick Resort Spa. It was so amazing. They put warm towels on our neck, stunning view and amazing massage. The quality of a resort pedi is unmatched compared to a normal/local nail spa. It’s not as cheap but totally worth it if you want to treat yourself or have a special spa day.

It was ok for the most part. Giving 3 stars for the couples massage. I’ve been going to masseuses for over 30 years. Was really looking forward to a couples massage. It cost more than had we booked individually. All I really wanted was for her to work on my lower back. That has NEVER been an issue ever. It’s NOT my butt, it’s my back, just to be clear. The masseuse refused, turning it into a "policy" they had on not massaging under the blanket. Here’s a thought, just move the blanket. My butt is still completely covered. I said fine and she kept going on. If that’s the policy then why when it was time for my legs did my massage so far north I almost had to object? The massage itself besides that was not at all impressive. Lack of any kind of technique & again she was not pleasant after my request was declined. I tried to let it go & would NEVER put someone in an uncomfortable position but either she misunderstood, has prior trauma or just lacks experience. Nope. 👎 never again.
