CoCo Nail Lounge

I've been here once before and had a great experience, this second time not so much. The staff are all very nice but the service I got this time was terrible. I don't think they deserve a one star for this one time service but they should have more consistency. I got mani/dip and the lady that did them was super nice and friendly. Nothing against her but the work she did was not great. They dipped my fingers in alcohol for a while on accident instead of acetone. Then redipped then in acetone once they realized. My fingers got really dry and she didn't even trim up the cuticles or skin around my nails. She didn't have me wash my hands after she grinded them and the dip was very messy. They're not clean lines and some of them she grinded down a little too much so you can see through the color. I left with dry cuticles, dry skin, and messy nails.

This was my first time going to CoCo Nail Lounge. I came in needing a fill for a set I had gotten as a gift at another place. They didn’t have the exact color pink I had so my tech mixed a color that matched it perfectly. I requested a pink and white ombré and he did not disappoint. The service here was nothing short of amazing and from now on I will only be going here.

Helen SERVED!!! She did such a meticulous and beautiful job on my hands. They literally look better than the photo that I provided. Every time I come here I have a great experience and the designs today took it over the top🙌🏾🙌🏾 I love this shop so much!! I drive down from Seattle every 2-3 weeks just to get it done. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

Absolutely amazing experience! Had an acrylic set removed and full new set with designs, cat eye, the whole nine and they did WONDERFUL. My first time here and one, if not the, best sets I’ve had. No only was the work great, the people were friendly and welcoming. 100% go here, you won’t regret it! Apologies for the picture, doesn’t do this set justice in a dark car but you get the idea

The energy here is always so amazing! We normally come in with a group of about 3 to 4 people, and they are always really accommodating and make sure that we are shot together. Today I had Long working on my full set and not only was he personable, but his creativity and his artistry was amazing! Highly recommend coming to Coco for all your nail needs!

I think I found a new hidden gem! Not only did I get a builder gel set with design it was fairly priced! And I’m in love with it! Definitely will be my new spot loved conversing with lam he was a great nail tech! And they were all so official using walkie talkies to let workers in the back know customers are here and what services they want, they greet you with a huge smile and ask you if you would like anything to drink from water to juice to champagne to red wine! What a wonderful experience to make you feel like you’re hitting the spa!

I can change this because Long called and fixed my nails—- and they look great. I like this shop. I guess everyone has a bad day. Been have been liking this place … but today I go the pedicure lady on me—- she filing one of toes to the core and I simply say please make it straight —-picture showing it’s still crooked —- rude just ughhhh can’t draw a flower just no interest . Bug in the mimosa —- yup big black bug ——- then my nail lady TRINA who I love just don’t care. Nails bumpy stickers peeling I just left the orange color went BAD did not want to dry but instead of helping fixing this glob fixing the stickers the bumps she saying sorry as I’m leaving I’m like what???????? I added next morning pictures literalllllllly the paint is liftingggggg… I told her thisss after 30 yrs of getting my nails done I know a little but this shop DOES NOT CARE and it makes me sad:… I’m so angry I really liked this shop but the service today was just horrible. 295!!! Kids pedicure kids manicure pedicure and horrible nails 295!! Don’t believe me LOOK AT THE PICTURES THIS was how little anyone cared. For 295.
