TOP NAILS & SPA

Messy, bulky, sloppy, and impatient. I always come back, but always leave unhappy. It's unfortunate. Don't let the guy there do your nails especially. He's always lazy about how he does it. Look at my thumb!!! This looks like it was done by a kid, my beds are in a crazy amount of pain. As soon as I was done, and waiting, he sat in a chair on his phonen Unprofessional. There's no fixing this, I'll have to get a new set and spend money I don't have to fix this. I'm trying my best not to cry.

First time ever coming here though I used to work in this shopping center and have known about them for years……My nails are absolutely beautiful, I’m giving only 4 stars though because my tech was kind of rough on my cuticles and made two of them bleed. Granted I didn’t say anything (if it had been super bad feeling I would have) so I want to be understanding. He was honestly SO METICULOUS I will more than likely be back to see him for my fill. He was very understanding and checked on length multiple times💗 which means a lot because I get 2 nails very short basically nonexistent (GAY), and I’m notorious for being a pain in the ass with my color (I did one hand white glitter with a pink party nail, and one hand pink with a white party nail). Overall I do recommend them, and I’ve been to a lot of nail spots in Tacoma!

I got a dip from this place and my nails started chipping the very next day. Poor quality! My nails were rough around the edges and not smooth at all. Picture is day two of getting my nails done from them.

Save your $100. Wish I could give 0 stars. Came in for a pedicure and acrylic fill. The pedicure was great—no complaints. But the fill? Absolutely awful. I told the tech more than once that the acrylic felt way too thick. Instead of adjusting, he layered acrylic with little filing and layers of polish. By the end, my nails looked bulky, uneven, and completely overdone By the end, I said I’d need to get them fixed somewhere else. Their response? "Come back tomorrow and we’ll fix it." No apology. No discount. Just a shrug and an invitation to waste more of my time. If you're looking for quality, professionalism and getting your money's worth, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My boyfriend brought me here to get my nails done for the holidays (he has been getting his pedis done at Top's for years). I'm very grateful that he introduced me to this shop. Ginny is so sweet and she does an amazing job with my nails every time that I come. I highly recommend Tops Nails

Came here on 10-15-25 at approx. 3:30pm. I had not had a pedicure in awhile so I knew it would be a little more work for her. This was by far the best pedicure I have had. Two other places I have been to in Tacoma I was definitely rushed, but not here. The lady spent approx. 30 to 45 minutes on me and did a incredibly thorough job! Outstanding!

i went in and the man who worked there completely messed up my hands. they are still super painful and throbbing. he layered on so much acrylic i had to go back in and one of the ladies there fixed it and was helpful. i was crying in the car because i really didn’t want to go back in because i felt so bad because i don’t think he meant to do that but my fingers were in a lot of pain. if you want a full set i don’t recommend having the man there do it, awful experience. i really just wanted the acrylics removed and my money back but she ended up drilling them down. there was also an instance during my pedicure where he used the clippers on himself waiting for my nails to dry and then also used them on me. insane. really wish i hadn’t spent $100 here, but thank you to the lady who listened to my concerns and helped me remove the extra acrylic on my nails and skin.
