The best nail salon in Tacoma. Holly and Sue are amazing nail techs, and you can’t beat the quality of the pedicure anywhere else. Always very busy but that’s how you know they’re good. Thank you, Sue for always giving me the cutest designs.

I’ll start out by saying I’ve been a customer at V Nails since 2016 and have always loved my experience here. Today my husband and I got Deluxe pedicures here and my experience was absolutely off. My husband had a great experience but I can’t echo that sentiment. The staff member working my feet was new and obviously does not reflect the quality work I’m used to at V nails. But this has to be addressed. First the person was very rough with every step of the pedicure. My toes actually hurt from rough cuticle pushing, uneven filing and constantly pulling and pushing my feet. And unfortunately the finished product looks even worse than what I walked in with. Leaving photos of the result of said deluxe pedicure.. I’ll unfortunately be looking for another place to go because this is not right.

I have been going here off and on throughout the past few years. I can't speak highly of the salon enough, which is why I always end up coming back. The quality of nails 🤌, retention 🤌, caring nail techs that sometimes care more about the outcome of your nail more than you do 🤌, decent prices, 🤌, any design 🤌... doesn't matter who you get, you'll be taken care of. I, personally, love Sue! Salon stays busy but they do really well getting people in and properly handled in a decent time. Holly is hilarious and clearly caring of her customers.

I come here every 3-4 Weeks and they always do the best job. I recently went to Holly to get my nails done for an upcoming concert. I showed her some designs i liked and she knocked it out of the park (as always)!! Forever my favorite nail salon!

I have been going to v nails since I was 16 (I am 24 now) and I will not be going back. I get a fill every 2-3 weeks and the last few times Nicky was doing my nails. She is honestly one of the rudest "nail techs" I have ever received services from. she is very aggressive in the way she grabs at your hands and does your actual nails. The last time I got my nails done, I asked for a french tip on a slim square. I already had square nails so it was just shaping that needed to be done. She had been grabbing and turning my fingers so hard it started to hurt. I’m usually not one to say anything, but one of the nails was really crooked so i asked her to fix it. She filed it and it was still crooked so i turned my nail and said, "it’s still crooked, can you please-" and before I could finish, she SNATCHED my hand and filed it so hard. at that moment I was so shocked, I honestly felt so disrespected and embarrassed. not for me, for her. I didn’t talk to her the rest of the service, didn’t tip or anything either, and my nail is still crooked. if you have any recommendations for other nail salons, please lmk.

I have gone here since I was a little girl with my mom and will continue to go here forever! They always have the lowest prices and the best service. The staff is so sweet and treats you like family!
