My daughter and I went to get a 60 minute massage. Expecting to be relaxed in a quiet setting, it did not turned out that way. we had to go through our massage listening to their whole conversation. They didn’t have the manor to whisper. we didn’t even get our full 60 minutes we paid for.. And at the end when we were leaving, they demanded a tip they literally harassed us to give them a tip. I do not recommend this place.

Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. The massages are consistently good. In the past I would have the 90 minute massages and it’s amazing how good the massage feels when they walk on you. Very talented and well trained. The best way to communicate is thru a translator app for questions and details but usually the pressure can be more easily understood.

The massage was great!! However this was both my daughters and my first time. So trying to figure out which service we wanted n price was very difficult. They put us in a couple massage room when I approach them about this, it was almost like I insulted them. They then put us in separate without telling us what to do or how it works. Which made the experience uncomfortable. Like I said the massage was great. But as we left they insisted I give them a tip. I always til according however shouldn't a tip be optional according to the experience, environment and service?? Communication was a major down fall and truly made the experience uncomfortable and very uncertain about massage in general. I just don't know that I will be back.

Been coming here for almost a year and every single time I walk in I’m greeted with a friendly smile and everyone remembers me. I walk in with a sore achy body and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I have recommended J spa to just about anyone who will listen!

I went and got a 30 minute massage and she messed me up. I cannot walk. My feet are tingling and numb. She did a very bad job. She hit a nerve in my right buttocks

Took me as a walk in on Friday afternoon. May did a great job on my back, though it was super tight. I can wait to go backn
