So Sexy Nail & Spa

Not sure what to think. Tech was super friendly. First time using this nail studio. She did not prep or clean/cut my cuticle. And I am Not a nail tech but are this bumps normal? It was so fast it felt that she missed steps and care for the price.

I love going to this salon! They have being doing my nails for a long time! Love all the fun designs we have done! Lory is the best!

I have tried this place multiple times and try to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's very easy to get in now I know why. This is the result of $260 for myself and my daughter who just got shellac on her nails and hers came off the third day no pictures provided. Also received pedicures which still look good. I did the dip with the chrome and 10 days later this is what they look like. I will never go back again. I know so many people that do go there and want to go there but I will continue to tell them not to go because it's a waste of money. I don't know if their product is bad or what but I have noticed that each time I do give them a chance the worst the customer service is. The description of the services provided for a mani-pedi I realized they only give you what they want you don't get what is provided in the descriptions.

My fave place to get my hands & toes done! I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years! Today I came for the first time in almost a year- with my 9 month old and every one was so kind & accommodating! It meant the world to me! Love their service!

Went here with a friend as she was treating me to a bday pedicure, was super excited as it been a couple months since I been to get one. The nail tech was absolutely rude and handles my feet horrible. I get bad ingrowns and she dug them out causing me horrible amounts of pain was rude when I would Pull my feet away and tell her she was hurting me. Only to tell me that my ingrowns were bad and it’s been a while since I got a pedicure. The sweet lady next to me asked If I was okay cause she could see the pain I was in and said that wasn’t right, which I agree if someone is telling you that your hurting them don’t say you know and continues digging, pulling and clipping at their ingrowns. I’m starting to get an infection and they definitely didn’t seem like They cleaned or sanitised the way they should. Would rate no stars if I could! Nails NOT done by them!

I used to love coming to this place. Kayla has been my go to for me and my mom for the past 4 years, we always booked with her because she’s amazing. I completely forgot to cancel an appointment and the male owner calls to say that we always cancel or don’t show up. That is not true and is very sad because I’d assume they’d know our faces by now. I apologized for not canceling the appointment on time because I know it sucks to get a no show but he proceeded to raise his voice at me through the phone to tell me that I could no longer book by appointment and that could only go in for walk ins. He said that if it was his fault then he apologizes but after all of that it’s hard to come to a place where you don’t feel welcome anymore. I do have to say tho that I believe what is the female owner has always been very sweet, understanding, and nice snd the staff too, my complaint is not on their work but on the male owner that called and was very rude and unappreciative of loyal customers.
