Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District

I had an medical emergency that prevented me from travel. This hotel could care less. I had a complication from a cervical disc foraminectomy procedure that resulted in pain and excessive facial swelling, rendering air travel impossible. I attempted to cancel my hotel reservation through Agoda two days prior. After explaining my situation in detail, the Fairfeild people refused to let me out of the reservation, even after I provided photos. I believe this to be very poor customer service, one that reflects the Fairfeild folk value a few bucks over the wellbeing of their guests. Stay elsewhere.

From first impression I wanted to run! The rooms are definitely not updated, smells old, and not easy on the eyes. Positives: security is good, access is only for guests and by the looks of the street patrons that is a good thing. Restaurants are across the street and so that’s important. All and all if you adjust your expectations this is as good as any stay in Tulsa downtown. I liked the front desk folks they were as accommodating as can be! They won me at their commitment to customer satisfaction.

We loved eveey single thing about this hotel. The customer service was top notch. The employees were attentive and friendly. The rooms were great! The breakfast was great as well. Location was everything as this trip we attended a concert at the BOK center and walked to the event. Food establishments within walking distance. The hotel has secured entrances so people are not wondering around inside that are not guest.

Loved everything about our stay! The property is located in an awesome area for restaurants, bars, and cafes. The rooms are great - our family of 4 (2 young children) stayed in the king suite and it was perfect for us. Breakfast was good every morning with the waffles, 100% orange juice, and sausage egg cheese croissants being our favorites. Like that the hotel isn’t so big that it takes forever to get to our room or to parking. Will be our go-to Tulsa hotel from now on!

Update: "After posting my review, management contacted me and worked to resolve the issue." Management heard me and reached out! A heartfelt apology and I was on the 3rd floor and the room desperately needs updating. Carpet was dirty, sheets were so wrinkled not sure how long they had been bunched up before used. The door knob area on the closet was so gross we used alcohol to clean. The curtains had a smell to them. Just creepy old, unclean filthy on the floor. It was sold out and we tried to make the best of it since we were there as a group for a homecoming celebration for my dad. I just don't think I would ever stay here again. Thurs night we paid $259 and definitely not worth that.

Great location, easy walk from BOK Center with lots of restaurants near by. Friendly staff who acknowledged my Bonvoy status. Comfortable beds and decent breakfast!

This hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful, the indoor pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Our room was a little stuffy due to the evening sun coming in the window and our AC didn't work the best but the room was big and we had a fantastic stay. I would stay here again!
