Slawth Haus

Slawth Haus is one of our favorite spots. My son and I absolutely love this place. The outdoor atmosphere is awesome — relaxed, clean, and just a great vibe the second you walk in. The sauna and cold plunge combo is the ultimate recovery. Whether it’s after training, a long week, or just needing a reset, it hits different. You leave feeling clear mentally and recharged physically. Duane has set an amazing tone there. He’s intentional about the environment and it shows. It’s more than just recovery — it’s a place to reset, breathe, and get right. Highly recommend if you’re serious about taking care of your body and your mind.

Just visited West Palm Beach and this was the coolest place for a day-off wellness treat! The giant sauna was amazing and we cold plunged under the sun! Slawth was unlike anywhere else. Can’t wait to get back!

Slawth Haus is THE place to sauna + cold plunge in Palm Beach County. I’ve tried a few spots around the area, and without comparing … this one is simply world-class. The whole setup is outdoors which makes a lovely difference!!. It’s nature-oriented, grounding, and genuinely relaxing. I like that there’s no fluorescent lights or infrared. The sauna is incredible, and you can tell the owner (Duane) did his research. Same with the cold plunge. Everything feels thoughtfully curated and high quality. The energy here is also a big part of it too 🙂 friendly owner, chill community, kind people, and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to actually unplug. Feels like a little Costa Rica reset in West Palm. I’ll be back!!!

I was in town for a couple days and found Slawth House via internet search for contrast therapy and very happy that I did!! Had several good conversations with other members while in the Sauna and thoroughly enjoyed the cold plunges they have to offer (38 degree temp). Pura Vida Wellness is building the right kind of business and more importantly a great community down there in FL!!!

I have been coming to Pura Vida Wellness for about a year and cannot imagine my life without it now!! The contrast therapy is amazing and has so many physical and mental benefits. This place is truly special and has aided in my wellness journey tremendously. You feel like you are in a jungle/spa and Duane the owner is the best. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I purchased the sauna and cold plunge experience for my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they gave us a full tour of the space. My husband loved the experience, he said it really helped relieve his muscle aches and joint pain and left him feeling completely relaxed. As soon as we got home, he took a nap, which says it all! We’ll definitely be back.

Do your mind and body a favor, run it through the sauna and cold plunge. In town for a month, got an unlimited membership at Slawth Haus and so glad I did. Great environment, cool people, clean facility! Thank you, Slawth Haus!
