I love the ambiance in Bespoke wellness. It's always clean and welcoming, the front desk associates are always friendly, calming, and helpful. My esthetician Mara is a delight, my services with her are always 100%, she never misses a step. Mara is thorough, detailed oriented, and intentional with the services she provides. I can tell she takes pride and values what she does. I have been seeing Mara for about a year now, my focus has been the signature facials and chemical peels. My skin has mad a drastic turnaround for the better!

Dr Sage is very skilled and thorough in her work. Also great interpersonal communication. Best chiropractic care I have received ever! 6 stars!

Been getting massages for over 30 years now. I've had the good, the bad and the ugly. Thanh is the Man! Round one listened to my concerns and applied the perfect amount of pressure. Round 2 a bit more, but clearly needed for my tense back & shoulders. Calming environment and professionalism. I signed up for membership and look forward to Round 3! On the books for a facial too. Lastly, friendly front desk staff. No hard sell on membership like some other spas. Never even mentioned it. I looked into myself because I knew I wanted to return. They let their work speak for itself and it did. Gratitude 🙂

The infrared sauna was set at a temperature far too hot at 166 degrees. I did research later and learned it should have been around 125 degrees. It was hard for me to enjoy my session and quite possibly a little dangerous.

The office is professional and the massage is great. I like the variety of services available. The membership is a terrific value.

Chiropractor, Dr Sage, listens so well, not only to my words, also to my body. She asks great questions, carefully reads what is happening with my bones and joints and tension and then skillfully moves my body to better alignment. I never feel worry that what she is doing is too much or not safe. Her attention to safe movement into healthy balance is masterful. She inspires me to be in my body with more ease and joy, by helping me listen to what my body most needs.

ADDING AN EDIT HERE: Bespoke Wellness has another amazing yoga teacher, Jason Yeates, his class is fabulously relaxing and well composed with beautiful slow flow. His energy is amazing. I have been practicing yoga for many years and recognize Jason as an amazing instructor along with Sage _ I absolutely love and cannot get through a week without attending livestream yoga classes with Sage! Sage is also an excellent Chiropractor so in her yoga classes she really knows how to help us tone the right muscles and stretch the tight ones. She creates each class around the needs of her students. Also she is a beautiful person to practice a mindful vinyasa flow with. Her neck stretches are amazing! Also my dog loves that I now practice yoga with Sage from home. I have been taking classes with Sage for over 7 years and highly recommend her yoga and chiropracic care!
