Several months ago I purchased a beautiful lingerie set from them and the salesperson was so helpful, friendly, inclusive, and knowledgeable. Their products are high quality and at a fair price. Sadly, I accidentally created a small rip in the underwear after many wears. I went back to the store to see if the bottoms were still in stock so I could re-purchase the same ones. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in stock at the moment, but the salesperson was an absolute angel and offered to HAND SEW the rip back up!!! I have never received such incredible customer service. I cannot recommend this store enough, please head over there for any of your lingerie, toy, or other bedroom needs. They are incredible, thank you to everyone at Lotus Blooms!!

This place is such a hidden gem on King St. I've found something cute and interesting every time I stop by. There's always good stuff on sale or clearance so there are affordable stuff. It's not the tacky stuff you find in those "shops" but actually cute, quality pieces that make you feel attractive. These types of outfits is something I have to try on. I don't care how much cheaper it is online if I can't be sure of the fit or quality I'm getting. The back of the store has great items if you want to put a spring in the old mattress lol. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Finally a store that is more queer inclusive! I feel like I’ve never been to a store that felt extra dedicated to women/AFAB/femme folks! You could probably find options cheaper online, but if you want to see/feel and get advice, this shop is your spot! The staff members have their pronoun pins and they are amazing and so helpful and offer shame/judgement-free recommendations! Also, they have an extensive sticker selection including work from one of my favs, transpainter (forgot to take pics of those!!!!). Highly recommend!

This store was great, would recommend. The staff here was super helpful and knowledgable. I believe we were helped by Jay and Joanna and they fully answered every and any question we had (I’m very sorry if we got your names wrong, you were wonderful). We both felt very comfortable in the store and would make a point to come back in the future

I thoroughly enjoyed this store. My girlfriends and I reserved a private visit and was not disappointed. The store is small but adequate enough in size to fit a lot of people as they browse thru the products. Parking isnt the best but there are small parking lots around as well as street parking. There were many options and variety or products. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to assist. Prices were reasonable for this type of store which is great because you want to buy everything. The selection is fabulous for whatever your fantasies. I highly recommend.
