I absolutely loved the deep tissue massage I received at Spirit massage and bodywork. Melvin is fantastic and highly professional. He addressed all my problem areas and my body felt completely renewed after the session. Will recommend and come back!

I had a Groupon 60 minute signature massage with Melvin. It was amazing, head to toe. He broke down every little knot in my muscles and offered valuable health & wellness advice. I appreciated the online scheduling system since I'm not a phone person. It was pretty straightforward so I'm not sure what everyone's complaining about. I filled out my application in advance so we had ample time to communicate over email to schedule my appointment. It would be much more efficient if they had a system on their website to show what slots they have available so that you can just pick one that suits you. Anyway I had a great experience and will be coming back

This review is an update to my previous one-star review. I had some major issues rescheduling my massage due to technical difficulties with Spirit's system, and I had an even worse experience with the business's customer service rep. However, by eventually getting ahold of Melvin, I was able to reschedule my appointment and have him fix the scheduling system error. In terms of the actual massage, Melvin did a wonderful job! He was polite, attentive, and most of all extremely knowledgeable about human musculature. He was a master at identifying tight muscles and releasing them. If you prefer to talk during massages, Melvin is knowledgeable about a host of other topics as well! Next time I go for a massage, I will definitely return to Spirit Massage!

Not recommended.. signages are usueless pbone is useless you cant go inside... what a funny business...

Today, I visited Spirit Massage & Bodywork for a deep-tissue body massage, and it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a soothing atmosphere – the cleanliness and calming music set the perfect tone. My massage therapist, Melvin, was kind and charismatic. He genuinely cares about his clients. He listened to my specific needs and used various techniques to address my tension and knots. I left the session feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place.
