Sydny is great! She is professional and a sweet person. The first time I went I wanted an overall body massage to feel relaxed. I definitely felt relaxed and rejuvenated. The last time I came in my back is feeling tight, she does a great job take taking out the knots!

Sydny is the reason a can walk today. I had 2 knee surgeries, that left me with a leg that was completely frozen bent. Physical therapy was so painful, and I couldn't see improvement. Sydny would massage my leg before therapy. The Physical therapist could tell a big difference in my ability to move my leg. Sydny was so reliable, I could count on her to help me everytime I had therapy. She truly was such a big part of why I can walk today. I would highly recommend her.

Sydny did a reflexology session on my feet. I was having complications with plantar fasciitis. She helped me get rid of the pain. She showed me how to do proper stretches to keep the pain level to a minimum, until I saw her for the next treatment. Sydny also taught me different techniques that I could use at home to help relieve the plantar fasciitis, until I was able to make another appointment with her. I see her three times a month. It gets better and better every time we do a session.
