Valerie is EXCEPTIONAL! I've received body work for decades all around the world and can easily confirm she is unquestionably one of the best. She is attentive, committed, caring, and personalizes sessions to prioritize what is constructive to you as a client. Her knowledge, combined with her heart, delivers benefit time and again. She is a vital part of my health team, and I return to her consistently as a client of 8 + years. She books months in advance because she's THAT GOOD! Valerie is the real deal!

I recently started going to Valerie for help with my nervous system. I have had several big health issues in the past, and am trying to prevent any in the future. I have been working on my lymphatic system for a few years, but wanted to start working on my fascia. I did my research on local options, and decided Valerie would be the right fit. And she absolutely has been! Every time I have a session with her, I come out feeling so much lighter than when I went in. She is very intuitive and knows what to do/ask to optimize the experience. She has given me "homework" after each session, none of which have been unreasonable or stressful, and I find my overall mood has been better since I started going here. I felt very comfortable with her since the moment I met her. She has a wonderful pleasant personality, and the sweetest soul.

Jenny does such a great job of listening to the symptoms/issues and addressing them in the massage session. She has amazing therapeutic pressure and is quite thorough. She also took the time and care in explaining and offering suggestions to help in between massages. This quality of service is above anything else I’ve experienced here in Boise! I will be making this a monthly part of self care.

I can’t say enough about how thorough and professional Valerie is. She takes the time to listen and problem shoot your issues and then addresses them in a thoughtful therapeutic approach. Her knowledge of the muscular system is incredible & I trust her completely!
