Cholena is fantastic absolutely the best in the business its not even close!! I came in jittery an tense just generally uncomfortable due to stress an other factors. She worked her magic on that massage table. I left her office walking on clouds as limber as I was as a child. She helped improve my mental state. Cholena helped me relax it felt like years of stress and discomfort just melted away. I booked a 60 min combination session it felt pretty intense while she was working on the lymph areas but she helped me breathe and relax into it. This woman is a true professional, and above all she is a HEALER. She is VERY busy make your appointment rn get in there and experience this!!!

I have been seeing Cholena for the past six years for a bad back and does her aches and pains. She's the best I live in Utah and come up to Boise once a month for at least two visits. She's always been able to work around my schedule and work me in even if it means working Sundays or off hours. And I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

I found Cholena on Google after searching for a message therapist that wasn’t some cookie cutter therapist. After reading the reviews I had to try her. And boy was it amazing. She was so in tune with my body. I weight lift and play hockey so I am extremely tight and larger. She knew exactly what she was doing. She followed energy in my body as it flowed to the spots issues were stemming from and worked on them. I scheduled a 90 minute massage but she worked on my for almost 2 hours. She wanted to make sure I was in a state to leave and not just be done cause time ran out. She explained everything she was doing and was very easy to talk to. I definitely plan on seeing her again, not only for deep tissue therapeutic like I did but for more relaxing style massage as well. Thank you again Cholena.

I’ve been going to Cholena for almost 2 years now, and each time she does a fantastic job working through knots and tight muscles. These massages aren’t very relaxing in the moment because she gets deep into the fascia to release the tension at the source. I usually feel a bit sore afterwards, but my muscles are noticeable more relaxed for a few days.

I’ve seen Cholena probably ten times. Always a top notch massage. I see another reviewer was unsatisfied. I understand. However their experience, in my experience, is an abbreviation. Cholena has a strong customer service ethic.
