Massage Ultra

10/10 thank you Nina!! Over the last month I’ve gone to 3 massages and told them I want to focus on lower back. Despite this, most of those massages barely spent more than a few minutes on my lower back. Thankfully, I went to Nina today and told her the focus and she really healed the pain. And the pressure was perfect.

Have evening coming here for massages for over 2 years now and they provide an excellent service every time. Each masseuse is professional and checks in during the massage if they pressure is ok. Linda is great! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful massage from Jessica. She did an especially great job working out the tension in my shoulders and neck. Left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.

I have been here before and the massage was great... this is why I gave tonight another chance to get a session in with them, and the person they gave me "Angela" was the WORSE ...I'm not sure she even knew what she was doing...digging her elbow in back and patting me all over and when she was massaging my neck the pressure was ridiculous if I didn't jump a little she would have hurt my neck bad ..no communication to ask what pressure nor was there a focus point for tonight..and I'm very familiar with the proper way of getting a massage.. I use to work at Massage Envy for 8 years as a FD but had enough sessions to know when I was getting PUNKED 🙁 ... she even had the door open mid session and talking to her colleagues as I laid naked on the table face down.. and had the audacity when she was done , I can get up now WHILE THE DOOR WAS STILL OPENED 🙁 ...I turned to her and said can you shut the door please...now at check out I asked for the price , she said 50 .. I handed her 60 and gave her a 20 and asked for change and she went in the room and came out with a 10$ as my change.. like wow so you thought your service was worth that okay .. well keep it , since you may need it cause that service was worth tipping 5$ ..Worst experience ever. SMH Highly not recommended with that individual. She was also the person who checked me out 🙁 .

The massage was overly rough and left me sore rather than relaxed. My friend and I spent $91.98 and left a $20 cash tip, which is more than fair, yet the staff at the counter insisted on additional gratuity and claimed Massachusetts requires a minimum $14 tip on bills over $70. This is not true — there is no such law. Unfortunately, the combination of discomfort during the service and the misleading, pushy tipping practice left us disappointed. We will not be returning.

Had a horrible experience when time to check out they would not allow me to use my credit card and it was a whole hassle attempting to speak to someone due to a language barrier. The women who did my massage did a great job so this has no reflection on her services. There was nothing written about being a "cash only" site. I was met with aggravation when I did not want to use their ATM due to a fee from that and my bank. Overall just an aggravating experience to check out

Amazing deep tissue and hot stone massage! It’s not the fanciest of places but you can’t beat the quality and price for the 1 hr full body! Highly recommend Lili - I told her at the beginning where I was sore and wanted her to focus and she immediately found all the knots and right places. Be sure to ask for the hot stones at the beginning before starting if you want them (highly recommend) and bring cash as there is an additional charge on credit cards. They also have an ATM inside.
