Visited on October 13, 2025, and was very disappointed with my experience. This place pressures customers for tips aggressively. While waiting, I witnessed the man in the attached photo approach a couple asking for a tip, then later walk outside to do the same. The massage was mediocre at best mostly pounding and pulling, not relaxing or therapeutic. I couldn’t even relax because I overheard a woman yelling at the same man for approaching her aggressively. When I told him that tipping is optional, he replied, "It’s the American way." That kind of behavior is completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, as the woman left, staff began replaying a video of her loudly and laughing which felt extremely unprofessional. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and unsettling experience. I do not recommend this business.

I bought a Groupon for this place.The ambience is nice. However, the massage was very basic to say the least , and not what I expected. She did a lot of rubbing with her arms and elbows and used her knuckles a lot on my feet for the reflexology, which was sometimes painful and uncomfortable. I had to ask her to please use her thumbs. I did not leave feeling like I had a quality professional massage. I don’t even think these people are really trained to do professional massages. On the way out, she stood there near the counter in the lobby until I gave her a tip. I won’t be coming back. A lot of these places are hit or miss.

I don’t understand why some people are leaving negative comments here—I honestly don’t agree with them. I just finished a one-hour massage and it was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back. I booked through a third-party platform, but later found out their in-house prices are the same, so there’s really no need to search for discounts elsewhere. Also, they simply have a small sign at the desk mentioning tipping options—there’s no specific amount stated and no one pressures you to tip. Of course, tipping is important for the hardworking staff, and personally, I would recommend $15 or more.

Great first experience. Love the ambience and she did a fantastic job. Make sure to let them know your pressure preference (each table has an indicator card). I hit the 60min combo and came out very relaxed.

I'm so surprised by some of the negative reviews because I got this place referred to by a friend of mine and she said it was awesome and I will be thanking her for it. I absolutely am as I was very satisfied with the massage. I thought it was very professional and I walked out of there feeling much better. The price of it is unbelievable considering and felt guilty it was so low with such great service but I made sure to tip as I do with everything that deserves a tip with good service. No complaints here and would definitely come back!

This was my 2nd time around here, yet my 1st hot stones massage and it was fabulous. I will definitely be back.. They offer many package massages which are very affordable. Street parking is also available. Thank you. Aleisha

1. The man at the front desk is not welcoming at all. 2. When I was escorted back the man rushed in front of me and did not wait until I shut the door behind me . 3. The man who massaged me did not ask me any questions he did not check to see if I was comfortable, my feet never touched the water and he did not bother to check either . 4. Once the massage was over , he says "ok" snatched the sheet off and threw my belongings next to me . 5. When I walked out he stood over me expecting a tip such poor service. I paid for what I got .
