We purchased the "90-Minute Couples Combo Massage (body + foot) with sea salt soak, sea salt bag, hot towel, and hot stone for two" for $234. We did not receive the sea salt soak or the sea salt bag—two major parts of what we paid for. From the start, there was zero hospitality. No one introduced themselves, asked for our names, or explained what to expect during the service. The door to our room was left partially open during the massage, which was extremely uncomfortable and showed a total disregard for privacy. I requested medium pressure, but my massage was so rough that I was sore the next day. At the end, they aggressively pushed for a tip—so much so that they asked if I "understood how tipping works." When I didn’t tip more, the massage therapist walked out and slammed the door, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. For $234, this experience was nowhere near worth the price. No courtesy, no communication, services not performed as advertised, and pressure for tipping that bordered on harassment. Save your money and your time. Run from this place and read the other reviews on Yelp and Google—you’ll see a pattern.

I had a great experience here, Leah did my massage and did a wonderful job! I had really bad knots in my shoulders that caused a pain into my neck area and a severe headache. By the time I left my headache was completely gone and so much tension was relieved. She did a great job of checking in to make sure the pressure was right. I would definitely come back!

I had a very nice & calming experience here. The masseuse seemed well experienced and thoughtful, and she focused on the parts I requested. I liked the hot stones the best. The facial massage was not so good (perhaps it is a different set of skills), so next time I will ask to skip it. The rooms are clean and neat, and sound isolation is only ok. They have good deals on their website or if you call ahead. Great experience for the price.

My wife recently went for a prenatal massage, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The masseuse was not only rude but also failed to follow basic client requests. When my wife pointed out specific areas that needed attention, the masseuse completely ignored them. To make matters worse, instead of relief, my wife left with increased pain in her neck. After such a poor experience, we were still pressured into leaving a tip, which felt completely unfair. We would not recommend this place to expecting mothers—there are certainly better, more professional options out there.

I particularly want to highlight Lisa, who did an outstanding job during my last session. She was attentive to my needs and ensured that the entire experience was both relaxing and effective. In addition to the excellent service, the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the massages. They offer some great weekday discounts, making it even more cost-effective for regular visits. I haven’t encountered any of the tipping issues in the previous reviews. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional and affordable massage experience. Whether you're seeking relief from sore muscles or simply want to unwind, this is the perfect spot.

t my massage was ok and $119 I provided a $20 tip in line. More than the 15% but definitely less than the 20% for great service. As I am done the girl at the front desk says do you see the recommended amount l? Are you sure? Do you want to give her more? And then when i said no I'm fine. She asks me how the service was. I said fine and she hinted that if I did not have feedback for Linda then I should give more. At the same time Linda walks over and points at the SUGGESTED amount too and keeps speaking rapidly in Chinese. Now feeling pressured to tip more, I give them an additional $5 in cash. But now I am annoyed. Please do not let them bully you and go somewhere else if you don't want to feel pressured about a suggested tip. I will be looking for a new massage location for my future massages. They have lost my business. Far warning for ppl who are uncomfortable with demanding and bullying establishments you feel entitled they deserve the tip they have suggested on paper. Negative stars if I could. I will not be back.

I have been here a couple of times. Today, the lady that took care of me was very rough. I asked her multiple times to please be gentle. When I was going to check out the front girl said "how are you leaving the tip, card or cash". I said card I left $10 and she said "why only 10". Tipping is optional. She should have been asking about the service first. Never going back.
